They never asked me what color outlets I wanted, and proceeded to replace them, and then they put the old cover plates back on. Some outlets were white some cream, some covers were brown and over 50 years old. You will see from the photos, after Blandings "was done" and requesting payment. However first the inspector came in and checked off all the things they were supposed to do and didn't. Blandings had to come back and correct everything. Not only did they not do much of the work, they overcharges for what they did do. 2 guys, $42.50 an hour for a total of 40 hours to change 24 outlets, 4 motion flood lights and 2 bathroom fixtures. See photo of portion of bill. I could have done this myself in less than 8 hours with help from YouTube. This was a grant project, and I feel confident in saying they took advantage of that fact.
