Hit the jackpot finding Reka. I will never do it on my own after the experience I've had with Reka. I used Reka for a whole condo remodel project and can not say enough about her. She did so many things "out of the box" that I never would do on my own and created designs that were so stunning. Reka is efficient, professional, patient and so creative! She is also a genuinely wonderful person and in times when I was stressing she did her magic to remedy every situation instantaneously. I expressed to Reka what type of design I wanted and she created renderings quickly and created a look that blew away anything I could have designed myself. I am absolutely in love with my remodeled condo! I am now going to have Reka design my work office and excited to see the results. Thank you Reka - you are a Jemm!!

This was our first remodel, and we met with several designers before hiring Jemm Interiors. She listened to what we wanted, and brought alot of her ideas, to ultimately give us the look we were looking for. In the end we achieve a beautiful design, and Reka made sure every detail worked for the function of the kitchen. We have a late 60's home, and were nervous about a remodel when so many designers lean more to a very modern look. However it was clear Reka can work across different styles from her portfolio, and we landed on a current design that also works with the style of the home. Reka is extremely patient and answered every question. Finally, we were always impressed by Reka's honesty. When something we selected didn't work design wise, she would let us know, which we greatly appreciated. If you are looking for the expert professional to guide you through a kitchen or bath remodel, we would recommend Reka and Jemm Interiors for your next home remodel project, big or small.

My designer, Samantha, was so professional, helpful and thoughtful. She helped me design our his and hers closets and my laundry room. She thought of things that I didn't consider adding! Husband love his closet and I love, love, mine! It's beautiful and functional. I hated the racks. The design process was seamless and I loved that she provided 3D images the day after the consultation. Also, Samantha answered all my follow up questions before and even after signing the contract. They were reasonable in price and by Nicole and The install took a full day (3 spaces). My installers, Andrew and Sergio, were awesome, worked quietly and efficiently. They did an amazing job bringing the images to life and cleaning the spaces after the install. I needed to make one small adjustment after the install. Samantha submitted the ticket and they took care of it with no issues. I am very happy and I highly recommend the company and Samantha!

Kimberly was amazing! I had cleaned and organized the majority of the family house but the garage…read morewas giving me so much anxiety. I really didn't want to deal with it and felt that the current hanging racks just would not work with organizing. I needed everything to be properly put away. Kimberly sold me on Artisan because she is meticulous, detail-oriented and very knowledgeable on the product. She was very clear on what customers did and did not like including her own experience which helped to confirm what I wanted. The install was very smooth and he walked me through how to use the accessories. I did get another option from The Container Store and it very obvious for me to move forward with Kimberly and the design. It was thought out for what I needed and thorough in the measuring to accommodate my space / tools which I was not getting from the competitor. There was no thought there or expansion on my initial ask. Back to the garage, I would have Artisan or my handyman paint the walls. I did have a handyman remove the racks and cover the holes beforehand as I wanted a smooth install, but I didn't have them paint the walls white again. It is not a big deal but a note to anyone else who is on the fence about it. I did have a small work station installed and I did ask about lights or tools to hang right in from of me. I don't think they offer that in their current catalog but I do think that should add in the future. The handy-wall is larger so I don't think it would fit in that space to hang smaller tools. If you are looking for something similar, you may want to design the space to leave that open and do it yourself. I have a garden rack next to it so I do use the lights and the wooden pole to hang a fan. Overall, I am very happy with the final product and the install. I have had a lot of experiences where the sales sold a great experience or tool only for the install to be a mess or disrespectful to your home. So I do dread installs and thankfully that was not an issue here. It was exactly what I wanted and Kimberly and the installer made the experience very easy and stress-fre.

We used this company 10 yrs ago for all our closets. So when we added a bedroom recently, we didn't even shop around. They are that good. Prices reasonable with high quality materials. I felt stuck when it came to updating my dark, tiny dining area, so I hired Katie to help. Katie's suggestions to repaint the walls in a cooler tone, switch the lightbulbs from yellow to daylight, and rotate the table for better flow made a huge difference in how the space feels and functions! I wanted to kick myself for not thinking of these subtleties on my own, but sometimes you just need a new perspective from someone with an eye for design. She also designed a board and batten wall for the room (inspired by the one I noticed in her own home) and put me in touch with a carpenter she trusts. My budget changed, and I decided to DIY the wall, extending the timeline by a couple of months. Katie answered all my questions and never expressed anything but patience and encouragement. With her guidance, my now-husband and I built the feature wall together. When he and I finally finished the project--and somehow still liked each other--Katie followed up by styling the room with items I already owned. My husband and I now have a beautiful dining room that we enjoy. Katie is so gracious and kind, and the whole project came in at around $500.
