We've have had our custom closets from Closet Designs and More for five months and really cannot imagine life without them! While my husband's closet is sleek and very organized for his clothing and special shelving for luggage and other storage; mine is also organized, but also offers a space I can sit and start my day at a great dressing table with mirrors, lighting, and shelving to hold mementos and family photos. The design was fairly straightforward once we determined the look, and our designer really cared about making sure she got the space designed for what we wanted to store in the closets. I love my new closet! I found this company on Yelp and contacted one of the reviewers for a "referral". She was right, this company does a great job and the price was reasonable compared to what other leading companies would charge. Shannon created an awesome design on her computer with lots of organized spac. The drawers are soft-closing and are pretty deep. And I absolutely love the jewelry drawer! The lock is hidden so no one can tell which drawer is locked unless they pull on it. I highly recommend their services! read more

Had a custom home office put in. Three guy crew took all day and it came out real nice how we deal height was off. Jason investigates and vowed to resolve as soon as possible. We were never left hanging and the desk height was rectified. Months later after kids abused desk during COVID homeschooling, it still looks and functions like new. We couldn't be happier. Nearing a decade ago I bought a large craftsman home near Decatur. The house was well built, but some finishes and appliances had not yet been installed. I made one of my better decisions in awhile and selected Closets by Design of Atlanta to custom build out the closets in the Master suite (photo below). Due to a large wardrobe, started to have issues with the rods shifting and closet walls expanding, and occasionally the bar falling. Stopped by Closets by Design to share the concern and purchase longer rods to correct problem. Instead, Service Manager Jessica cheerfully scheduled a service call, and the installation of four braces, across each hanging space, to compress and strengthen the enclosure and better support the clothes rod. Andy, the technician, arrived on time, and professionally and courteously completed the installation in less than an hour. Then comes the BIG surprise. After 10-years, and I don't remember any details of the closet system warranty, the service trip, materials and installation were all done FOR NO CHARGE. I was astounded. I gave a nice tip, and now I'm doing the same for all of north Georgia. If you have a closet or office space in need of organization or an upgrade...call Closets by Design. Their designs are functional and impressive (with lots of options), costs are reasonable, materials are sturdy and long lasting...and even more impressive, they stand behind this work for YEARS. I thought I'd never say this. I love my closet!!! Bill did an awesome job with the design, giving us all of the storage we wanted and more. The built-in dressers are super functional with deep drawers. And I love the built-in hamper. The installation team was on-time and professional.
