    $25,000 Mark up on my Pre-Order when I was locked in at $89K. No other dealership in CA is marking up the Hummer except this one!

    I pre-ordered my new Hummer EV, I decided to try to stimulate the Fresno economy since I normally make purchases of vehicles in the Los Angeles area due to competitive pricing. I should've gone that route since I received an email less than 24 hours ago from the Fresno GMC dealership leasing (David C.) stating that they are going to charge me over $25,000 on the vehicles MSRP! No other dealer in the CA region is marking up the Hummer except this location, it's so sad I really wanted the car and they ruined it by being greedy.

    --Jarrett Marks: General Manager--- ---Mike Templeton: Service Manager----- This review is specific to the two managers listed above. On 12/21/2022 I scheduled an appt to bring my 18 Buick Encore on 12/22/2022 to have the valve cover replaced. I received a call that afternoon letting me know the appt scheduled the 22nd was canceled due to not having enough technicians on duty. I asked to be transferred to someone in sales who could verify if the valve would be covered either by the Buick car warranty or the extended warranty I purchased. A male employee in sales told me there was no coverage and I would have to pay out of pocket. I took my car to another shop for the repair. In January 2023, I brought my car for a check engine. I was later told that the valve cover was covered by a warrant. I contacted Mike Templeton, and he acknowledged that I was misinformed by one of their employees and the valve cover was covered by a warrant. Mike he stated he would reimburse me for labor only and requested receipts. I've left several voice messages, sent approximately 10 emails with copies of receipts to Mike. My emails went unanswered. Only July 18, 2023, I began to CC Jarrett on my emails hoping for a quick resolution. I sent 5 additional emails to both Mike and Jarrett, the last email sent was 8/31/23 and I never received a reply. Lastly, although I am the owner of the car, my 19 yr. son was a driver and paid for the service (his name was noted on the receipts provided). On a July 18th email, I stated my son was leaving for Navy boot camp on August the 3rd and I was hoping he could get his money before he left..... again, no response. The service department is great and professional. Sadly, upper management does not care about their customers or provide adequate customer service. I posted this review to Google as well. I received a reply from the business stating someone would be contacting g me shortly. Two weeks have now passed and no one has contacted me.

    Sal from the sales department helped me find the perfect SUV for me and my family. for two days we went over different options and trim levels until I was happy. and to top it off he managed to keep my payment within the range I wanted. Sal was really patient, I didn't feel pressured into a car. in fact I got a family vibe, like he really was trying his best to help me get the vehicle I wanted. I ended up with a 2022 Buick Envision Avenir and I'm in love with it!! so yeah, ask for him!

    They had my vehicle for a month and by the condition they returned it in, they didn't keep it securely closed up.

I purchased a used vehicle from them at full sticker price. Despite the car being a few years old with visible imperfections on both the exterior and interior, the sales team refused to negotiate at all. While that was already frustrating, I moved forward because I needed a vehicle immediately. At the time of purchase, I was offered a "complimentary" detail, wax, and polish and was told it would only take a few hours. Based on that, I took the car home and scheduled a follow-up appointment on my day off. When I returned for my 10:00 AM appointment, I was suddenly told the service would take the entire day--completely different from what I was originally promised. I dropped my car off at 10 AM and didn't receive any notice until 4:30 PM that it was ready. That alone showed a clear lack of communication and respect for my time. When I came to pick up my car, no one greeted me or offered assistance. I had to ask for my keys myself, and when they were handed to me, I was given no direction as to where my vehicle was located. I walked around the lot trying to find it, only to realize it wasn't there. I had to go back inside--this time with my fiancé--and ask again, only to be told it was at a completely different building. After finally locating my car, I noticed the floor mats were not properly put back. Even worse, two of my personal USB-C cords were missing. When I addressed this, I was told they would "look for them" and have them ready the next day. I explained that I should not have to drive back from Clovis to retrieve items that never should have been removed. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me a worn, used replacement cord--which was completely unacceptable. I was then told their detailer "has a stack of cords" and they would try to find mine, and the manager offered to meet me in Clovis to return it. Then, to make matters worse, I received a voicemail from my salesperson admitting that my vehicle had actually been taken OFF-SITE to another location for the detailing service--without my knowledge or consent. At no point was I informed that my car would be driven elsewhere, nor was I given the opportunity to approve that decision. This raises serious concerns about transparency, accountability, and trust. As a customer, I entrusted them with my vehicle, and they chose to send it somewhere else without even informing me--then attempted to shift responsibility when issues arose. Between the refusal to negotiate, the misleading information, the poor communication, the lack of professionalism, my personal items going missing, and now the discovery that my vehicle was handled off-site without my consent--this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to think twice.
