First things first, this place probably has one of the best spots in town with an amazing beach view. The staff is also pretty charming and friendly. But the food? Really, really average. The pizza was meh, the tomato was not tomatoing, though the crust was fine. The pasta was probably one of the saddest ones I've ever had. It was literally just pasta sauce dumped over spaghetti. Not only that, but the flavor was so bland that I had to sprinkle whatever I could find on the table over it. I wouldn't even serve myself something like that at home, like seriously. At the very least, I'd throw the pasta in a pan and cook it with the sauce for a couple of minutes so they can mix and mingle. This pasta was giving newly single 43-year-old white European American dad cooking his kid's birthday dinner for the first time after the divorce vibes. It should not be served at a place with such a great view. Or, maybe that's the point, people come here for the view, not really for the food? The only highlight was the bread. For reference, there's a Japanese chain Italian restaurant called Saizeriya that sells pasta for 18 CNY (about $2.53), and honestly, it looks and tastes about the same. Sometimes I really don't understand the general food scene in the States.

I'll start by saying I'm from NY...only to say I've had a lot of pizza in my life and have a…read moresubconscious habit to compare every slice to one another. This pizza (Square Pepperoni Dream w/ hot honey (add on)) was maybe the best pizza I've ever had. The medium was four big slices with a crisp delicate crust like no other, a mix of crunchy and slightly soft quality pepperoni, stretchy mozzarella cheese, and a perfect red sauce that wasn't acidic. The server (sorry, girl, didn't get your name) was helpful and honest about the build your own (gets pricey if you customize substitute). The ambience is very cool with great beer options. Located in downtown Bellingham by my hotel (Hotel Leo). Even has EV chargers in the lot. Hoping to return to Bellingham just to try more pizzas.

| Fiamma Pizza in Bellingham, WA…read more I've officially been here twice now and I can confidently say... I'm in love. This might be some of the best pizza I've had in Washington, and I say that as someone from the East Coast who takes pizza very seriously. While there are a few great slices in Seattle, Fiamma is easily in my top three pizzas in Washington. We've stopped here twice now after biking up in Bellingham (shoutout to Transition Bikes Outpost), and it's the perfect post-ride stop. Grab a brew, order a pizza, and relax. First off, the service has been great both times. Everyone is kind, friendly, and efficient. It's been busy each time we visited, but pizzas still came out in about 15-20 minutes, which feels completely reasonable for a quality pizza spot. The second time we ordered takeout and it was ready in about 10 minutes, which was awesome. One thing I really appreciate is that you can order a medium pizza with two different halves. That's perfect when you're trying a new place and want to sample more than one style. We tried a few different things: * The Rossa pizza (small to-go) - This was my personal favorite. As an East Coast girl, I'm always searching for a good tomato pie and this scratched that itch. I ordered a small, took some home, and honestly... it was amazing cold the next day. If you know, you know. Next time I might ask for a little less garlic and extra sauce, but overall it was fantastic. * POTATO GORGONZOLA & FENNEL SAUSAGE - I'm a sucker for potatoes on pizza. This one leaned a little sweeter than I expected, but still really interesting and worth trying. The rosemary on it was top notch. * Cheesy SQ Pie - My husband ordered this. It wasn't his absolute favorite style, but it was still a really solid rendition of deep dish and definitely worth trying if you like that style. * "Big Kid" cheese pizza - You really can't go wrong here. Simple, classic, and done well. Husband said the sauce is a smidge more tangy than he would like but it's a dang good slice. But the true star discovery? You can buy a pint of their homemade ranch dressing. Yes. A pint. It's $9 and lasts about a week in the fridge and honestly... it might ruin all other ranch for you. There is nothing worse than bad ranch with good pizza, and this stuff is legit homemade and dangerously good. Some people might think buying a pint of ranch with pizza is a little unhinged. I personally think it's a brilliant life decision. All in all, Fiamma has become a must-stop whenever we're in Bellingham. Great pizza, great service, quick turnaround, and the kind of place you start craving the second you leave. 10/10 will be coming here again!

Picked up my pizza and the young person at the counter was friendly and attentive and cheerful. Drove home to find out that they gave me the wrong pizza, called to explain and they told me that I could drive all the way back (on a cold & rainy night) and pick up my pizza that was still sitting there because they mixed up the order. I declined. Young staff on the phone asked owner if I could get some portion of a credit, owners declined. Won't be back. Gave 2 stars. EDIT: At 10:02 p.m. the manager Mike called to say that he would deliver my pizza that was sitting on the oven (they close at 10:00 p.m.), I declined. I live alone and do not need two pizzas for dinner. Too little, too late. He also blamed the mix-up on the young person who served me - that's not cool, what happened to "supporting your staff and having their back". I previously forgot to mention that I worked in two pizzerias when I was young and learned that you're supposed to "make things right". Changed my review to 1 star.

Real, HUGE chunks of chicken, perfect-sized tomatoes and onions, and that buttery sauce? I'm wondering if they went next door to GM for those top-notch ingredients! We've had other Butter Chicken pizzas in town, but none even come close. The Meat Good pizza was loaded with layered meat but wasn't soggy at all - you know how some meat pizzas can get? The cheese on both? Absolute perfection! I saw they only have a 3.8 rating online and honestly, why?? Must be from the previous ownership because this place is a gem. The owners/family were so friendly too! We live across town in Yennadon, and I passed at least 6 pizza spots to get to Andiamo's - and guess what? I'll keep doing it! I do not say such things lightly, as I spent many years in the business myself, and judge others work against my own.
