The 20 yard dumpster ended up being the perfect size for a garage & two room cleaning & reasonably priced. The drop off & pick up process was rather seamless and I will say in terms of dumpsters this one was less gross looking than most of the other ones I have seen. The reason for the four stars is the first time I ordered they forgot to "place" the order. I called on the delivery date & they had no record of it but they were able to quickly delivery the next day.

You tell them what you have on the phone phone and where it is located but they tell you once they evaluate the situation and items they will give you a quote. I feel they could have given me a price over the phone but they don't until they get to you. I only had one item. I know if they gave me that price on the phone I would have said no but you get backed into a corner. If you use them just know you will get a price shock.
