As they are a new restaurant they are taking suggestions to add to their menu, so we suggested ice cream in Coconut and Mango as a nice accompaniment. The service was excellent, the young waitress was cheerful and knowledgeable and told us the middle-aged couple who prepared and brought the food were the owners. It's nice to see a family working so well together. I learned that although this restaurant was new, the owners had many years of experience in the restaurant industry, which certainly showed. This is the kind of place we need to support, a well-run local establishment that takes pride in a job well done. I spent about $45 and had leftovers to take home, which were still fresh when I ate them the next day. Overall, one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. I enjoyed the medium Chicken Shawarma, it was nice and tasty and messy, as it should be. And it seemed like just the right portion for lunch. Sam came by and cleaned the table and welcomed me to his new location, and commented on how pleased he was to see his former clientele showing up and enjoying his new place. He also advised me that he's created an excellent hamburger and encouraged me to come back and try it. Even though a burger won't satisfy a Shawarma craving, I trust Sam and will definitely be back soon to tuck in to one of his burgers. When that happens, I'll come back and report!
