All the vendors are super nice! All the fruits are always so delicious and always nice to snag some free samples. For a few highlights, E&H Farms have the best mushrooms. I love the Salsa's Chick's Mango Salsa. Julie's baked potatoes are so fluffy and filled with so many fix ins. You really can't go wrong with any of the fresh produce! There's really a lovely community here with so many regulars visiting every Saturday morning, rain or shine. The market is the best when it's a beautiful sunny day as there will be live music and the street is packed with more vendors. It's a great way to support local farmers and small businesses.

Several vendors sell similar things. There is produce, children's toys, clothing, tools, furniture, plants, some electronics. It felt a bit like a free for all. There didn't seem to be much organization in where the vendors go except all the produce vendors were in one place. So you'll spend some time wandering around. For food there were some Mexican food trucks, Lee's Chinese and American food (x2), an ice cream cart, and Agua Fresca. We got one medium agua fresca and a bottle of water ($9 total). It was fun to check out but I probably won't come here regularly unless I know I'm in search of something very specific like produce or tools.

I will say if you're here earlier in the day, it's def is crowded but around 1pm and beyond it tapers off. Beware - the chicken sticks are HUGE from the vendor by the entrance. Since the Covid hysteria --which they still practice by running around in masks-- They no longer label anything and their prices have gone through the roof. Carpe Diem, greed is good? Milk & bilk? I once got slapped with almost $ 30.- charge for a few apples and oranges! So a couple of years ago I suggested to the store manager to do at least a price range labeling as it would give buyers a fair chance and decision and not get sucker punched once the cashier rung all up and then having to wait for an refund/exchange process. This really tears me apart because the woman was so nice and warm in her personality, plus she gave me and my son a sample of her guac w/chips. Unfortunately, I had to throw the beans away. I'd give them a lower rating, but the customer service was good and the tamales were solid. I messaged them directly on their social media (Instagram), but they've yet to respond to me by the time I wrote this review.
