The people are very nice all of the staff, including the nursing staff the CNA's the people that run its social services even housecleaning . There's quite a few on staff that I hit it off with really well and they're very kind and funny and we keep each other laughing.. my experience has been 99% positive and I appreciate them. Also, I think the food is good. I've never been to such a facility before, but the food exceeds what I had assumed it would be. I'm 67- feeling stronger and healthier each day; i've been here one week, exactly on New Year's Eve I recommend to transfer here on a weekday instead of weekend when certain staff members aren't here

Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, professional, and above all, caring. Shout out to CNA's, Olga, Jose, Carlos and Crystal. The Physical and Occupational Therapists were upbeat and full of motivation and praise. Shout out to Shelly, Celena, Mandy and Alex. Also Kim and Kat (PT Manager and Asst. Manager). Courtyard is very clean! All rooms were swept daily and deep cleaned regularly. In the rehab room, all equipment is wiped down with disinfected after each use. Food was what you would expect... (No Michelin Stars) but, the staff made sure you were satisfied and good about offering alternatives. There were a few mix-ups with medications when I first arrived, but those were straightened out immediately. All in all, very happy with our choice.

The paperwork asked for details she did not have. Jasmine made the rudest remarks. She rescheduled her appointment and I went in with her the second time. Jasmine rolled her eyes at me and continued in a very rude manner. I asked for her supervisor. She turned around and said TIA. Apparently this is a family business. We gave no reason to be treated in this manner. Id be concerned about the medical remedies.

I have been going to Precision for over a year now for physical therapy to treat some gait issues…read more I've gone to many over the past 5 years that were full of dr's that stuck to their textbook treatment plans and only cared when I cancelled appointments. Favorite things about Precision: 1. They are a teaching facility and most of the PTs have students that bring a slightly different POV for care. I was fortunate to have some great students that were engaging and made the work fun. 2. My PT Manjiri is the absolute BESTEST EVERRRRR and took time and care for the first couple visits to understand what my body was and wasn't responding to. She LISTENED to my feedback and we made changes accordingly. 3. Parking is ample with a lot of disabled parking, no major stairs and bathrooms are easy to get to. lastly , the patients and staff make it more of a community than a clinic. The positive vibes and smiles from everyone makes the PT day's something to look forward to
