I wanted to extend a huge THANK YOU to Lucy and her staff for their wonderful work. Superior…read moreservice began from my first online inquiry which was answered within 15 minutes. Unlike other service providers, Lucy went beyond asking my home's square footage and general state of cleanliness. She visited my home (on the same day) to walk the rooms and get a true understanding of the scope of work and my specific desires. The quote given was very reasonable and we chose to move forward with an initial deep clean. Our home was tidy, but our previous (nationally franchised) maid service seemed to be getting less thorough with each session so the deep clean gave us peace of mind and a great reset. Lucy was wonderful with scheduling us for a time that worked for my family, and we appreciated her flexibility! Yesterday was our deep clean and OH BOY did her team go above and beyond. Lucy and her associate arrived on-time, fully stocked with cleaning products, and great spirits. They spent over five hours in my home scrubbing things until they sparkled. They cleaned items never touched by my old service including ceiling fans and under the couches. Additionally, they were able to remove stains on my walls that I had given up on. The kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms have never looked better! Sinks and appliances look brand new despite being almost ten years old. We are very grateful for Lucy and have already set up to be recurring customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Give her a chance and skip the national franchises. I promise you, you won't be disappointed!

The cleaning I received from Chores and Floors has been one of the best cleanings that I ever…read morereceived. To start, the team that arrived was punctual and extremely professional. With the holiday, my schedule was extremely tight so them arriving on time was so appreciated. They cleaned my entire home and even noticed things that I didn't. The attention to detail was truly unmatched and I felt like I was left with a brand new home. I also have two medium/large dogs, and I was impressed by the way they were able to treat those high traffic areas. If you're a pet owner, you know how it feels to be nervous about your pets making your home stink, and the Pet Odor treatment completely handled that. I almost forgot I had dogs running around my house after the cleaning lol. The team was also extremely efficient, and I look forward to my next cleaning. If you are looking for a great cleaning service, I cannot recommend Chores and Floors more.

They did a fantastic job cleaning!! The owner, Joel needs to…read moretake some customer service classes, though. I paid a deposit, but right after their assigned time to be there, he starts blowing up my phone which I couldn't answer as I was in a meeting. Finally, he texted which I could take. He stated they wouldn't start work unless I went ahead and paid them because the job was more than expected. I thought this was highly unprofessional, but went ahead and paid. Throughout the process, he kept sending me pics and complaints. Again, very unprofessional! Then, they didn't take the trash. They left it piled on the front porch. Joel said cleaning doesn't mean hauling off trash. If you Google move out cleaning, trash removal is part of it. I put a maybe cause if you want a great clean, but don't mind unprofessional behavior and hauling off your own trash, you should definitely hire them because besides not wiping down the counters in the laundry room, I have zero complaints for the job they did. Took one star for the unprofessional behavior and one for the trash and laundry room. This is the text Joel sent me after seeing my review. Im blocking you again now. You know youre just a nasty lonely ugly person and it was not honest you are also a liar. You told what you wanted to tell. I will not waste one more second on such a pathetic sad person, life will take care of you And I will leave the same, and all over social media, video pictures and I know your name too. Nothing in this review is a lie, but you can see what I'm talking about as far as his professionalism.

She and another lady arrived to complete the service on time. She emphasized on arrival that they were heavily booked today and seemed a bit anxious. I thanked her for scheduling me. Out of respect for their time, I showed them around quickly, and they got to work cleaning. I left the house with my dog for a bit, though they said we could stay to minimize interference. Within an hour to an hour and a half, they were done. The cost was $140. When I came back, everything looked okay at first glance. However, later, I found debris still in the corners. The water was dirty when I mopped my floor a week later. For context, I have a tiny dog whose paws get wiped on entry. I don't wear shoes in the home, and I work out of town and am out most of the day on the days I'm home, so there is not a lot of foot traffic in the home. I'm unsure if the home didn't get the attention needed because of their busy schedule or because it stressed her, but attention to detail is critical in the cleaning business. If proper attention can't be given to a home, it's better to reschedule than leave the job somewhat undone.
