I'm always looking forward to stopping when I need a pastry or a sandwich to have with my morning or lunch Tea The large cookies are so good and loaded with chocolate chips! Messy when driving but so so yummy ! The strudel's at $1.19 each are a great deal and they have a mix of cream cheese and strawberry filling, I can't help myself but have to grab 2 of them when ever I'm there My favourite is the Cream Cheese Danish Omg is all I have to say about that lol :0) All of the deli sandwiches I've had have been delicious and I feel good after eating them Can't say that for all places and they heat them in an oven not a microwave A good price at $8-$9 Their packaged fruit is always been fresh and reasonably priced as well Sushi is made fresh every morning and they make authentic & creative rolls to perfection Get there early while just made and wow are they good! Just an overall great place to grab Real fresh food at a reasonable price when your on the go like I'm am most days :0) Way Way better than any drive thru for about the same price Don't take my word for it Check it out yourself I'm sure you'll be glad you did

Marketplace IGA is probably the most convenient store in the area to go for general groceries. The…read moreparking is easy, lines are typically short, and the staples are all there... maybe not at the best price compared to the bigger stores, but when you're going for the regular things, you can at least usually expect they'll have it. I'm a little surprised at how little they have of specialty things though. Being a "marketplace" IGA I would hope that they'd have a better selection of seafood, specialty cheeses, deli meats, etc. I went here to find fixings for a nice charcuterie board with fancy cheeses, meats and condiments and I was quite locked in because of the options I was given. I've also gone in here looking for simple seafood such as crab meat or cooked crab to no avail and had to run off elsewhere.

Daughter and I had the opportunity to do a brief walkabout in this 'Choices Markets' recently,…read morebefore heading to lunch at a nearby restaurant. A first time experience there for each of us (though she had been into one of their other stores). We were certainly not disappointed with the wonderful variety of products -- both the familiar, and the rather unique to our usual supermarket shopping experiences. The store was certainly well-stocked. And many of the displays -- whether offering organic products, or not -- were interesting to see. I had expected to find some higher prices for items I know (= by identical brand and product), and purchase elsewhere. And from the time I had to look 'where' and at 'what' in the store, this was certainly confirmed by my observations. For us, going into this 'Choices' was an inquisitive, first time experience -- a brief look about, and we enjoyed that. We had not discovered a new-to-us supermarket for any regular future shopping. But it was one that could find us going back for some of their 'specialty', and/or difficult to find items as required.

If there is a health food item (Paleo, Low Carb, keto, gluten free, nut free etc) that I need, I…read morecan always count on Pomme having what I needed. Though not the best value, they make up with product selection and carrying hard to find products like Lakanto a gold sweetener and Lily's Stevia sweeteners chocolate chips at a times. Occasionally Pomme will have very good sale especially around Christmas with deep savings off holidays baking essentials. In the summer Pomme often carry organic fruits that beats Superstore price. Their veggies are a hit in the pricey side. Their chocolate, tea, spices and condiment selection is unmatched if you need to find things fast. I do head for Superstore across the street for a couple of items that I use often (almond butter, organic blueberries and avocado). Keto specialty food like kelp noodles, Konjac rice and Nu pasta are a fixture in the store but also often runs out. They also have a huge selection of gluten free keto friendly bread pastries and treats. I have tried a number of them but I prefer to bake my own at this point for freshness and value. But if you cannot have time to do your own baking, knowing you can grab a loaf of keto bread and box of keto cookies from Pomme is surely a great stress reliever. Have not tried too many of their cooked food offerings yet but around lunchtime it is usually busy with workers from nearby.

In the past, I thought the queen of price gouging was Canadian Super Store but I was wrong! Any time I go to this store I see prices are up compare to my last visit, yes we are in a recession , don't remind me that! How come in a recession one store can sell an item for 23.99 dollars and Pomme would rip you off at 36.99 for the same item!!! Not to mention other items like organic chicken at 29.99 !!!! I was at Pomme last night where I was shocked to see a Eco Max 200 loads at 36.99! Same product is 21.99 at Canadian Tire and 23.99 at Super Store (the queen of price gouging). It is so sad to see small business are thinking to become a millionaire over night by ripping off customers. I am not returning to this so called local store ( princess price gouger). Hope you go out of business soon for taking advantage of the situation.

Surprisingly large underground supermarket inside this office complex…read more Free parking is available underground (P2). This lot has to have the weirdest layout in town. It looks like they mashed 3 separate adjacent parkades together, seeing as how one has to go down to P3 then back up to P2 to get to this area. I can't even describe how to leave, other than that the Rosser exit is accessed by going UP and the Lougheed exit is accessed by going DOWN. Once inside, the area looks pretty clean and modern. Very different from the 1990s orange/blue look. Guess I've been living in the past. Pricing is fairly decent, with plenty of discounts. The discounts require a More card. Another thing to stick into my wallet, since there's no app as of the time of writing, which honestly sucks. Layout is fairly intuitive. Samples are no longer available thanks to a certain coronavirus. Definitely a good option for groceries other than that overpriced Whole Foods across the street.

I just felt awkward because her tone of voice was not friendly and when I replied "No, thank you, I'm okay, with a smile" she didn't smile back, just had a grumpy, bitter look on her face. I kind of felt more like she was suspicious I was going to steal something and I was being racially profiled rather than someone genuinely wanting to assist me. The young cashier up at the front was very pleasant and friendly when I went to pay for my item at least.
