They came directly to my house, treated everything with care, and showed excellent attention to detail throughout the installation. I especially appreciated the time they spent helping me sort through the many different film options. They clearly explained the differences and helped me choose the right product for my home and my goal of reducing the amount of heat coming through the windows and protecting my interior goods from UV damage. The finished installation looks great, and the difference in heat coming into the house is noticeable. The entire experience was professional, convenient, and easy from start to finish. I highly recommend Mirror Image to anyone considering residential window film.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!…read more I called around 9 a.m. hoping for a same-day appointment, and they were able to take my car at 11! From that first phone call, the customer service was amazing, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The shop was clean, and John, the owner, was so nice when I met him at the front desk. I've lived in the area for a few years and have been searching for a car wash or detailing place that does a truly thorough job. I finally found it! I recently had a hit-and-run accident that left scrapes along the side of my car. John was able to remove almost all of the marks, leaving very little visible. I couldn't believe how good it looked! What really impressed me was the attention to detail. I had my car done on Saturday, and I'm STILL noticing little things they cleaned. Even my key remote and its pink protective case were cleaned! They also removed a chocolate stain in my trunk. The glass was spotless, and the interior felt clean without that greasy, oily finish I've experienced at other car washes. Johnny and his team went above and beyond. You may pay a little more, but the time, care, and quality are absolutely worth it. I've tried other car washes and mobile detailers, and none have come close to this experience. Take your car here, you won't be disappointed! This is the only place I'll be taking mine from now on.
