    The lawn service is terrible. They did not show up for 3 weeks after their last 2 week cycle and scheduled my house each day of the week and then canceled every single day. I gave them time, understanding that their might be issues Finally, after 3 weeks I emailed them about the issue, that this is not acceptable and I got fined by my HOA and the overgrowth will more difficult now to take care of. They promise me on email that they will come out the same day or the next day. But lo and behold, they did not turn up the same day. I called them the next day and still they cannot promise if they can mow my lawn. After 2-3 calls, they finally told me that they can confirm the mowers will come out but cannot tell me the time, after pushing the rep, he told me that they won't be there until 5 PM. Even when I stated that I need to be moved up the priority list, the customer rep just said that he cannot do that. I just went ahead and canceled them. Not reliable at all, poor customer service, the customer service rep won't even transfer me to his manager and did not even try to retain me as a customer, and was like ok, if you want to cancel, we will cancel. On top of this, with my new company, I have to pay double the price for mowing, because the 3 week overgrowth is above 6". Plus, I had to pay for an HOA fine, due to their poor management skills of their crews, and false promises Highly NOT recommended. STAY AWAY!!

    It definitely seems I am good company with my review. I waited a week to insure that Olivia, the accounts manager, had some time to review my emails and get back to me. She has not and I do not see her doing so anytime in the near future. A month ago I contacted Fresh Lawn to take care of the lawn service at my home. I was told that a cut for the home and leaf bagging would be $35 plus tax bi weekly. They came out and did a mediocre job. They bagged two bags of leaves, did not leaf blow the whole patio and back yard area and completely refused to cut any of the grass on the side of the house. I sent images of the issues and I was told that this would be noted on my account and in two weeks all would be fixed. It gets better. Two weeks passed and they returned. Yet again the side of the house was not cut and if you look you'll see a water bottle in the leaves. That was there from the first mow. Left it there on purpose to see if they were paying attention. Nope. Also the backyard was trash. Weeds growing left and right and they just left them. I emailed again and was told the lady who I had been speaking with was no longer with Fresh Lawn. They apologized for the issues and swore to fix them. That I would be refunded for the last mow and all the issues from the past month would be fixed with a special crew coming to cut the weeds and take care of the leaves the next day. The next day came and no crew by 8pm. I got an email letting me know that my mow had been bumped and someone would come the next day. The next day came and a crew finally showed up. They sat outside of my home for 10 mins in their truck. No one got out. They were on their phones and then they left. I found that quite odd. So I called Fresh Lawn. They were just as surprised as me as to why no one mowed or cleaned up the leaves. They apologized and called dispatch to figure out what happened. I was told that I was quoted the wrong price initially. That the crew, even though they never got out of the truck, felt that the leaves were too much work and they weren't going to do it. They didn't even go into the back yard to attempt to cut the weeds they let grow for the past month. They said it would be $150 but since they have messed up they could offer me a discount and have someone come out immediately for $120. I told them I was very upset that no one reached out to me to let me know about all of this. That a simple call or email could have clarified all of this. Even if there was an issue that good customer service says you just eat the cost, fix the problem and keep a customer. Not with Fresh Lawn. They do not care. I emailed Olivia the accounts supervisor and let her know about my situation and how disappointed I was. No response. Now we have this review. There are too many great people and companies who work hard and want your money. I do not chase down people to give them my money. That is crazy. Subpar work. Subpar customer service. Subpar core values and leadership. This here is the epitome of Fresh Lawn. Save your money, time and patience. Find someone who actually cares about their clients and their business. Avoid at all costs! You will be sorry.

    LAZY. Lack of detail orientation. Rude customer service. I've been a regular customer for YEARS. I've had multiple issues over the years but this was the most recent that pissed me off enough to cancel. We recently moved to California and own our home in Texas. Our tenants moved out so I called FLM to get the "works" set up for our yard. I asked for mulch, flower bed weeding and fertilizer. The total came out to $800! I figured it was worth it so I paid and scheduled the crew. My mother in law came out after service to inspect and was disgusted by the work. See pictures. The customer service accepted the pictures and went back out. They were instructed to call prior to leaving but didn't. When she went back out she found a large pile of sticks sitting in the middle of the front yard. I called FLM and the customer service rep (who stated she was new but didn't give her name), stated that debris haul away is extra and she'd be happy to send someone out to pick up the sticks for a price. I reiterated that we just paid the company $800 plus the years of loyal service and the least they could do was waive this fee and pick up the sticks. She said I would have to pay. I immediately said I was going to cancel my service and without any hesitation she said she could get that done for me and it would take about 5 minutes. She then hung up without saying bye. So irate. So disappointed. And the yard doesn't even look that great! PLEASE GIVE YOUR MONEY TO AN ACTUAL HONEST COMPANY. Stay away from Fresh Lawn.

    Avoid like the plague. Worst. Mowing. Service. Ever. Shows up whenever the hell they feel like gracing your presence. Doesn't edge and does a general piss poor job. Nothing but a scheduling service and their "contract mowers" are evidently the bottom feeders of the industry. Do yourself a favor. Ask your friends for a referral and run from these guys.

It matched exactly what we discussed during our visit at the house and really brought our vision to life (and they were reasonably priced compared to all the other quotes we received). They helped us pick out a great tree for the front yard and did an excellent job with the planting. They also installed a whole new front flower bed (with trees, shrubs, and decorative rock), removed the old vines on the back fence, and handled tree maintenance quickly and efficiently. As a bonus, they were able to offer sprinkler system services and run water from an existing line over to the new tree and get the system back to functioning which should make everything seamless with the constant watering schedule needed on the beginning. The only hiccup was that the pool was left a complete mess after removing the vines next to it the first day. However, we messaged Noe (the lead) and he came out that same night to make it right. We really appreciated how quickly they addressed the issue. The only delay in the entire project was with the faux vines that were supposed to be replacing the live ones -- but that wasn't their fault. The supplier only shipped half the order. They were professional about it and didn't request the remaining payment until the final portion was completed and they came back and completed it when promised. Overall, I would highly recommend for anyone needing any type of landscaping done.
