We have used Fresh Home for 7 months now and we have been very happy! They show up on time and get the job done quickly. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs and you would never know it after they are done. One thing that impressed me the most is how they go above and beyond. I got a call from the owner one evening saying that the crew needed to come back the next day and vacuum. They had noticed after doing our home the vacuumed and had becomes very clogged and they were concerned it did not do a good job. Used this company for 2.5 years and receive a letter in the mail 4 days after they did not show up or return a phone call, received a letter in the mail. While I'm not upset that they decided to change direction and service commercial stuff, I find it very unprofessional to do this with zero notice and then add insult with a Socrates quote about "change". Quality work was great, but boy, this is simply an awful way to treat your loyal customers. read more

I decided to look around after not being satisfied with my then-current cleaning company. After a recommendation, I decided to give Fresh a try. Let me start out by saying that AT FIRST, they were very easy to work with and my first clean was wonderful! I walked in after work and it smelled fabulous and everything looked very clean! I was very pleased. Unfortunately, that is about the last good thing there is to say as it was all downhill from there. Obviously, since they had done such a wonderful job the first time, I decided to have them routinely come back and clean once a month. The following times were less than great for the following reasons: 1. I never walked in to that clean/fresh smell again on any of the next times they cleaned for me. Bummer. If I have paid to have someone come clean my apartment, I want it to smell clean when I first walk in. 2. My things were rarely ever placed back where they began (even though I mentioned on the phone when I first got my estimate that that was an important thing for me.) I do not want to have to spend 25 minutes walking around my apartment putting things back the way they were. That is just a lack of attention to detail. 3. The price to clean my 800 sqft apartment was $95/hr (estimate given to me over the phone when I first reached out to Fresh). After the company had cleaned my apartment for nearly 6 months, I was called by one of the owners THE DAY BEFORE my next clean was supposed to occur and told that my rate needed to be raised because it was taking the cleaners extra time to get in/out of the apt due to needing to find street parking. There are so many things wrong with this... A.) It is not my fault that no one came to my apartment the very first time to do an in-person estimate and get the lay of the land. If this had occurred, maybe they would have quoted me correctly and not had to raise my rate after cleaning for me multiple times (the actual work being performed never changed). B.) The travel/unload/load time really isn't on me to have to pay for. That is the cost of doing business and having to travel to different jobs to make money. I shouldn't be charged extra for that. Not to mention - how is it fair to raise someone's rate based on something that changes constantly? Typically, there is always street parking within a 1-3 min walk from the front door of the apartment building...why am I being charged more every single clean when the cleaners could drive right up and find parking directly in front of the building on any given day? C.) One of the owners is the person who called me THE DAY BEFORE my clean to complain about the parking situation and raise my rate. She alerted me that the last clean (1 month ago) she came along to check out the parking. If the parking was THAT BAD and your team was THAT INCONVENIENCED, why did it take 1 month to call me and discuss this? That is horrible business. She called me on a Wednesday. They were supposed to clean my apt on Thursday morning. I had family coming into town on Friday after work. There was no time left for me to find another cleaning company so I was stuck having to pay the higher rate because they waited 30 days to discuss this "issue" with me. 4. I was told in the same conversation from above that she originally quoted me $100/clean (not true) but that I had only been paying $95 the entire nearly 6 months they had cleaned for me... how is that even possible? Where did I just randomly pull $95 out from? If you had quoted me $100 and I somehow was accidentally paying you $5 less, how did it take that long to notice? It almost seemed as though they were just trying to find additional things to bring up to justify them raising my rate. 5. As a female with long hair, I keep a drain catch in my shower tub to keep the tub from backing up due to my hair. This last time they cleaned (when I paid them the higher rate), no one bothered to clean the hair out of the drain catch. It was just sitting to the side of the tub. At least make my extra $10 worth it! 6. During one of my cleans, 4 girls showed up. After about 15 minutes, 2 of the girls left - no idea where they went. Maybe to enjoy a coffee on the Plaza (I live at the Plaza). They came back a little bit later and after about 45 minutes total, they all left. I know this because I was sitting in my apartment building's office and could watch them come/go on the video cameras at the front door. I am paying $95/hr and it isn't even taking a full hour to clean my apartment so either I am paying too much and should get a discount if the team isn't there an hour OR they aren't spending enough time in my apartment and doing a half-ass job. Maybe they should have used the extra 15 minutes to walk around the apt and put my things back in the right place or clean my drain. If it isn't obvious, I will not be using this company ever again nor will I be recommending them to any family or friends. read more

We have multiple pets which can be difficult to keep up with while also working. Being able to rely on coming home to a thoroughly clean house is refreshing. They have always been so thoughtful and nice doing such a good job. Its the little things clean toliets and perfectly folded tiolet paper!! I would recomend them!! read more
