Regulars were greeted by name and there was a tangible joy in the atmosphere. As for the drink, I chose the Cherry Blossom, and I wasn't too pleased with it. The flavor seemed to taste a lot like coconut, which wasn't a listed flavor in the drink. I might have enjoyed something else if I had gone with another flavor. The drink also had unincorporated powder that I had to stir in for quite a while before I couldn't feel it while drinking. For an $11 drink that's a little disappointing. Overall, I would love to go again for the atmosphere but not so much the products themselves

We hadn't had coffee this way since our Greece trip in 2019 so we went to see if it was legit. As soon as we walked in we were in awe of the dessert spread that you walk past to get to the counter. The cakes looked SO moist and delicious! There were so many tantalizing flavor combos, but what stopped me in my tracks were the New York Rolls. Think giant crispy stuffed croissants! I ordered the Pistachio Cream one and no lie, it was 6 inches across and 2.5-3 inches tall. They asked if I wanted it heated (umm yes) and it was AHMAZING.i also ordered the fig and honey latte while my husband ordered the Turkish coffee. So good and unique! In fact, our visit was so good that 8 days later I chose Fig and Olive Cafe as a hang out spot for friends and I to gather for brunch. We all got the other three flavors of the New York Roll (Chocolate Hazelnut, Fig and Honey, and Biscoff Cookie) and shared them. I got the Pistachio Crème iced coffee and it was also excellent! 10/10 recommend these pastries! We had the opportunity to sit at the cafe from 9am-12:30 and we sat in cozy leather couches and enjoyed ourselves quite nicely! Staff were friendly and helpful.

If you're in a rush this might not be a place you'd want to stop by on the way to work. But if you have time, it's worth the wait. I gave it 4 stars because the floor was very sticky when I visited. Not sure if someone spilled something or if it wasn't cleaned, but a couple of other patrons noticed the stickiness also.

The staff was very patient because we were clueless as to what we wanted. Upon ordering our drinks my hubby wanted the powder so he could make drinks at home. I ordered same. The owner had to re-ring my item(which she told me it would be around $62-$65) and I had to step to the side to enter my card details (much different than the first transaction). No problem - I entered it with no issues on the side while the owner helped another worker. After I was done the owner took the laptop , entered items , and then said the total was around $80! I said "Wow!!! What Happened??" The owner stated "since she had to pay for S&H then I have to pay as well. " My response ..."It would've been great to know this prior to putting my card in"....very misleading.
