Looks like they've put some money back into this place as they are trying to navigate through COVID like the rest of us. I know they probably took a big hit due to the fact that people aren't going back to the office as we were before. Looks like the racks are pretty full in the back and they just repaved the parking lot so it looks a lot nicer from the outside. Happy to help the local businesses stay afloat and genuinely seem like nice people. Great job, Admirals Cleaners! Keep doing what you're doing!

I saw the 1 star but went on a friend's referral. I had 10 dress shirts I was leaving for noon next…read moreday pick up. I asked for dry cleaning. $1.98 was quoted price for each shirt. I arrived next day, order was not ready. Man scrambled to gather all and he brought them out and gave me total price. Something said "CHECK the shirts" as they were not my own and time was limited. I saw the shirts were not creased and sharp looking. They were damp and some were wrinkled. I told the guy/owner they are not professional looking. No one will wear these in an office proudly! The sleeves are not even creased! He told me the sleeves can be creased for $1/each additional fee! He said the washed the shirts and steamed them. I went thru for him to correct 6 of the 10 shirts. He never acknowledged their error but was huffy and angry I called him on his poor workmanship. I didn't appreciate the slick scam they had going nor their lack of taking responsibility for their errors. After I paid, I told him thank you. He ignored me twice and finally mumbled you are welcome once he saw I wasn't going to allow him to ignore my courtesy. Save your time and money. Get expected results somewhere else from people who appreciate your business!

I have to say Zips has satisfied my needs each time I'm visited this location. It's sad to see so many negative reviews and bad experiences. I have had the opposite luck of the other reviewers. I visit the location multiple times a week and the people have always been very nice. They have my clothes ready when they say they do and usually early. I've yet to have to send anything back. If I do I'm the future I have confidence that they would try to make it right based on how I've been treated thus far.

If you value your time, your belongings, or basic customer service, go somewhere else. Holding an item hostage for over a month and then charging full price is unacceptable. They emailed me that it was past due. If they would have sent receipt earlier or called. I would have submitted the payment asap. So only one suggestion better communication.
