Let me start off by saying the staff at this location are nice and very respectful. I was referred to Dr. Dastgah by someone and let me tell you, it was one the best decision I made. From day 1, he has been amazing!! With every problem I had with my ankle, he had an answer. You don't see too many doctors that care for their patients but Dr. Dastgah really care and is truly one of the best podiatrist. Also Dr. Karamloo is amazing as well, I had a few questions and she was nice enough to answer any questions I had. read more

I completed all required paperwork online ahead of time and provided my insurance information as requested. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the staff acted as if none of my information was on file and asked for my insurance card again. After checking me in and placing me in an exam room, I waited about 10 minutes before a staff member returned and told me I was out of network. Another staff member then came in asking for my insurance card again, even though it had already been provided and reviewed. I was then told the doctor would not be able to see me because I was out of network. No option was offered to pay out of pocket or proceed with the visit. What makes this especially frustrating is that the office had my insurance information in advance from my online submission and never contacted me beforehand to notify me about the network issue. Additionally, they asked me to arrive an hour early (1:00 PM instead of my scheduled 2:00 PM appointment) because the doctor needed to leave early. This resulted in a complete waste of my time. Overall, this experience reflected poor organization, lack of communication, and disappointing customer service. Don't go! read more

Very bad office experience. The staff didnt send the report to the primary doctor . When called next week to inquire about it, office staff kept passing the call to multiple folks, passing the responsibility to the next or to the PCP and no clarity on the required action from their doctor. Zero customer service and no sense of responsibility. Will not recommend and also will inform insurance of this experience so they can follow-up officially read more

Dr. Sara Karamloo took excellent care of both of my sons, and I couldn't be more grateful for her responsiveness and professionalism. One of my sons needed an ingrown toenail removed, and she handled the procedure with great care, making him feel comfortable and at ease throughout. My other son came in with a sprained ankle, and she was just as attentive--thorough in her evaluation and clear in her guidance for recovery. What stood out most was how easy it was to get an appointment and how quickly she responded when we needed her. She has a calm, reassuring demeanor that's especially important when treating kids, and both of my sons felt well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Karamloo to any parent looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and reliable doctor. read more

Visited Fremont Podiatrists Group in the Fremont location for my mother for a second opinion on a scar in her feet. Dr. Sara was quick in the diagnosis and her prescriptions were very effective in helping it heal. Would recommend. read more

Staff is rude and doesn't know how to fill out paper work correctly. I spoke to the office manager, Veronica and she was just as rude and useless as the rest of the staff. My mom came here and needed her work forms and disability forms filled out and staff here doesn't complete or pay attention to what is needed to be filled out. They've had her disability paper work for over 3 weeks now (second set that needs to be completed because the FIRST time around was not completed correctly) and their excuse is "we weren't in office." They are there Monday's and Friday's. The office will not follow up with you, you need to keep calling and bugging them. When papers are time sensitive don't expect to receive them back in a timely manner. This office has caused my mom to loose all her unpaid hours at work because they don't know how to fill out the forms correctly. Due to the lack of urgency from the office, if the disability claim is denied due to the office procrastinating I will be looking into a disability lawyer. read more

My experience with Dr. Dastgah has been excellent. For over five years I have seen Dr. Dastgah for ongoing foot care related to type 1 diabetes. Recently, I developed an infection and Dr. Dastgah immediately saw me and established a regime of sterility, dressing changes, and antibiotics. He took the condition very seriously and saw it through to complete healing. I highly recommend Dr. Dastgah to diabetic patients in particular, and to anyone, really, who require a competent and caring Podiatrist. read more

I came here about 2 years ago. I did one of their services which the front desk had never told me is a self pay procedure and not covered by insurance... I paid the amount bc I'm not one to just not pay or argue... I went home and left a bad review.. the owner reached out and asked if I remove the review that she'd give me a partial refund. I agreed bc it was quite pricey, especially unexpected... now I'm getting collection agency letters that I never paid... SMH. . They are a scam... and don't bother reaching out to me.. I will not take down my review this time... read more

Avoid this place if you don't want to get hustled with bills months later. Some people working there was rude and very unprofessional.

If you are in need of a podiatrist look no further. Dr. Karamloo (aka Dr. K.) and her husband Dr. Dastgah are awesome doctors and I am thankful I found them. When I was in need of a podiatrist I looked to yelp and found this office had good reviews so decided to make an appt. I was originally being seen by Dr. K. when I saw Dr. Dastgah in the office during my visit. I realized he was the podiatrist that worked on my mom many years ago. I remember him being an amazing doctor to her but I couldn't remember his name since it was so long ago so I had to find my own podiatrist. Lo and behold he turned out to be Dr. K's husband and he remembered every single detail of my mom's case and it really impressed me. Now that you know how I came about being a patient, here is my experience. Dr. K has done several surgeries on my right and left foot. She has also operated on my daughter twice. Each time went smoothly. Dr. K and Dr. Dastgah were both present during all of my surgeries and this made me feel more at ease. My first surgery was the most intense. I had a broken bone that needed to be removed, a bunion, corn removal and tendonitis all in my right foot. The initial recovery was the hardest because I couldn't walk for a month but I was aware of this from the beginning. Dr. K stayed in touch during the whole recovery and randomly checked in to make sure I was doing okay. This meant a lot because you usually don't hear from your doctor until the office visit. I did have to go in every week after my surgery then it turned into every 2 weeks but I didn't mind because it was always a pleasure seeing Dr. K, Dr. Dastgah, and their staff. I always appreciate a place with great customer service. It's been 1 year since this surgery and I am very happy with my results. If I had any issues with this experience I would not have gone on to get my left foot fixed let alone trust them to operate on my daughter. So as you can tell I do trust them with all my family's foot needs and I can say confidently Dr. K is my favorite doctor. I just wish she was my doctor for all my medical needs. read more

The only doctor that I've been to that actually treated me like a human. She even called me to check in on me after having to give me some hard news about my condition. Dr. K is quick, no nonsense, straight shooter type of physician. But she also has heart. Which is hard to come by from doctors these days, it's a hard job. I'm really lucky I went to someone who actually believed my pain was real and that I was too. Thank you. It means a lot to people, especially ones that don't normally don't get such attentive health treatment. read more

Do not come here for Dr.Karamloo. She does not care about you. AWFUL Attitude. She came into the room with bad energy, and made me uncomfortable. Gave no information or tips for my issue. No empathy at all. It was evident she wanted to get the consultation over with. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A DOCTOR. DO NOT BOOK WITH SARA KARAMLOO!!! read more

Fanstastic group of people here. Dr Karamloo was amazing and very personable. Came in and we got right to business. Dr K got me patched up and on my way quickly. Highly recommend! 5 Stars all day long!!! read more

I had an appointment with Dr. Karamloo for my ingrown toe nail. And she was really amazing at it. At first I was really scared to get it done because the last time that I had an ingrown toe nail was when I had to go to Washington Hospital to get removed and I was going through severe pain. But with her I did not feel any pain. The only small pain I had was when the needle was getting inserted into my toe, but other than the whole procedure was amazing, easily done, fast. If anyone is looking for a Podiatrist to get their ingrown toe nail out, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Karamloo! read more

Dr Karamloo was very informative during my visit. She gave me a keen sense of what was going on with my foot, what could have caused my issues, and what I need to do. The staff there was very courteous and professional. Whether you think your needs are minor or major I recommend this group to help with your podiatry needs. read more

Absolutely fantastic.. Dr. Sara and Dr. Amir are the most knowledgeable professionals I have ever met. My foot has been throbbing for 6 months and I went to a few so called specialist and not one took the time to really see what's wrong. My first appointment with Dr Sara, I had an X-ray done on the spot and she immediately knew my issues and took her time to explain it to me. She put me on the correct medication that had me up and running within a few days. She was so awesome my wife left her podiatrist and transferred her records to Dr. Sara. Thank you so much Dr. and we shall see you in our next appointment. Regards Alex read more

Best help I have gotten for my feet hands down! They were very professional and gentle. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I saw Dr. K for a toe issue and she was able to prevent an ingrown. Dr. Karamloo and Dr. Dastgah are a great team. They are both personable and make you feel like family. The staff is also very friendly, super knowledgeable and skilled at their kraft. I had foot surgery 10 years ago and the tape definitely helped with stabilization. Excited that I found a good Podiatry group! read more

I'm so thankful for Dr. Karamloo & Dr. Dastgah! After over a year of severe foot pain, they fixed me up :) The office staff is friendly, organized and always helpful. 3 months post op and I am back to working out and ran for 20 minutes straight. Highly recommend them! read more

Dr. Karamloo is a joke of a doctor. DONT TRUST her. All she does is blame her husband for the lack of equipment in her office. She takes no responsibility and is just trying to take more and more money from her patients. Sad that someone with such a good impression could be so sinister. I should have known that going to a place with such open availability is bad sign. Please don't fall into the trap I did. read more

I am so shocked by some of these low reviews! Dr. D (Dastgah) and Dr. K (Karamloo) are awesome doctors! I've been going to them for 2+ years and have NEVER had an issue. They have been very caring and professional. I saw both of them when I had a toe infection. If it wasn't for them giving me good/stern advice, I could have lost my life because the infection was spreading. I had to spend many days in the hospital, but the good news is Dr. D was able to save my toe and got the infection under control, thank goodness! While other doctor's had the weekend off, Dr. D and Dr. K took the time (on their day off) to come check on me at the hospital. They truly care about their patients. Also, the nurses at Washington Hospital Fremont speak highly of both of them! I couldn't ask for better doctors; they are awesome! read more

Dr.K and her husband are simply amazing! Awhile back I unfortunately had back to back ingrown toenails and me being me I was scared as can be about them! (Super afraid of needles and whatnot) Dr.K suggested a cream that would numb my toe and I bought it. Let me tell you all that it did the trick! I didn't feel a thing and the procedure was done! Both times without issues! She was very professional and very kind/patient with me throughout all of my visits. Then I needed to get special soles for my shoes. Her husband immediately took care of me. I got some Insights on how to better care for my feet and I'm feeling pretty much little to no pain now! I cannot recommend this clinic more than I can on Yelp, but the staff and doctors in there are top notch. Keep up the great work everyone! read more

The staff is incredible. They have the most polite front desk staff and their medical assistant is incredible. He is knowledgeable and personable as well as having a good sense of humor. The doctors are fantastic and really willing to work with you. I never had to wait long to be seen and also felt I received personable care. I was very pleasantly surprised since I was referred here by insurance company. Dr. Amir is easy to talk to and is very willing to discuss everything with his patient. The office is clean and organized. I would highly recommend them and will definitely return as needed. read more

My experience at this office was one of the best I've had at a doctor's office. Dr Karamloo was very polite and thorough and laid out all my options on what to do with my ingrown nail. Really bad experience. Only one visit, we were asked to pay the $50 dollars but did not get receipt at all. The Dr. Karamloo came in for just one sight at two red swollen toes, without saying anything except "I am gonna give you some prescriptions". One and half month later, we got the voice mail that we must pay the balance otherwise will send to collector at the end of this month (which only one day left). I called back to both lines (one is voice mail caller the other left in voice mail), both are only busy tones. I stop by the office to pay the balance anyway. The representative's attitude is really bad and not nice at all. There are so many other choices in Fremont medical services area. In brief, bad service and high charge. We visited Mission Peak Othorpaedics and got really good taken care of. read more

Worst place fo go to for a simple foot treatment. I had the misfortune of taking my son here on 4/27 and am still being harassed by them. I had paid for $35 copay and extra $25 for medication during the first visit and full payment for cleaning since they failed to apply insurance. Now, I still get an invoice for the initial copay. I have credit card proof and have no means to address this. Kindly beware and stay away from this group read more

Everyone from staff to doctor (Warren Johnson) is super friendly. Doctor is also very knowledgeable and spends time answering questions. However, we've waited an hour plus at every appointment to be seen! Once or twice I can understand, but it seems to be SOP over there to have patients wait forever. Like anyone else, I feel that my time is valuable. When I make an appointment at 10, I expect to show up on time and be seen within the 1/2 hour at the latest, not 11:30!!!! And a 4pm appointment ends up being a 5:15. How ridiculous is that? This doctor has no respect for his patient's time. And having to rush over there for weekly visits with him, only to sit around for over an hour, for the past two months has really taken its toll. This doctor has no respect for your personal time. Search elsewhere for someone with experience and who has more respect for you as a patient. read more

We were treated by Dr. Sara Karamloo. When I enquired about the cost as this is for a non-insurance holder, they were upfront about the fees. We didn't have to wait for too long after checking-in, we were seen promptly. Dr. Karamloo's diagnosis was spot on and we can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The price they charged for a couple of products to treat the condition was reasonably priced as well. We would highly recommend this place!
