All the staff on board were great and attentive. The food was pretty good too. I opted for the chicken sandwich; which was flavorful and juicy. We really enjoyed the bar cart LOL and the open air cart was perfect for the views and pictures. Cons: we found a hair in our welcome cookie and with the price of admission i wish we had our own table and space. Overall, i would recommend taking the family and loved ones on this experience.

The staff was super friendly--very kind, attentive, and welcoming, which really added to the experience. There are several different cars you can choose from: a dining car with a bar, the Vista Dome, or regular coach seating. I went with the Vista Dome and would absolutely choose it again. I also tried the cheesecake. It was okay, but not something I'd order again. That said, everything else more than made up for it. One of the highlights was that there are two open-air cars where you can step outside and take in the views. The ride through the mountains was beautiful, the river was stunning, and stopping near the bridge for about 20 minutes was really cool and gave you time to soak it all in. This cabin was missing a privacy screen on the side that faces the neighbors in the living room is about the only thing I would change. Definitely book this place you won't regret it. Spike buck is probably a better option to minimize road noise and the view from corner pocket looks way better!

It was simply left on the desk, and I forgot to put it on before we checked out of the room. Whoever went into the room to clean, had to have taken it. It is an easy item to put in a pocket and not think twice. I am completely devastated that I made such a stupid mistake but am heartbroken that someone would steal something as valuable and meaningful as a wedding ring.

My first appt they didn't pick me up at my home and after three phone calls in a two hour window a driver called to pick met up at my doctors office instead of my house and was 20 minutes late getting me at which point I rescheduled for today. 2. Just now I found out they did not cance that appt and went to pick me up at my house and I was not there. Another agent called me to let me know they're short 5 drivers (no surprise) and wanted to pick me up instead of at my scheduled 10 am slot, offered to pick me up at 12 noon. Needless to say. i would rather pay for an Uber ride a z taxi or ride with metro transportation any day of the week. I pray their disability trial program does not get renewed another six months bc after these two experiences and having spoken with 2 managers that there is dire incompetency in the way this organization is run.
