I use EnVida regularly to get to my appointments or personal places like Walmart or Walgreens. I used to go to the Plasma Center and I use EnVida for pretty much everything and Vita takes care of all my transportation needs the drivers as well as the dispatchers are friendly, professional, and courteous they are a wonderful company. I highly highly recommend and Rita for transportation, it is amazing the service that they offer. It's not just transportation, friendly drivers that build were poor with the customers and EnVida goes to great links to make sure that the customers are taken care of. I like that. They have a 10 minute call that comes in. It's an automated update. Call that let you know exactly what number vehicle will be picking you up and exactly what time thank you so much EnVida for your professionalism and friendliness. Thank you for providing a service that is much needed for people like me that are currently seeking SSI and disability and I don't have transportation. I had a ride in 2020 that went smoothly. since "attempting" to use their services the past 2 weeks they have screwed up in every way. 1. My first appt they didn't pick me up at my home and after three phone calls in a two hour window a driver called to pick met up at my doctors office instead of my house and was 20 minutes late getting me at which point I rescheduled for today. 2. I called to have originally two scheduled rides. And the day before my appt scheduled to have my pickup from home to the doctors canceled. Just now I found out they did not cance that appt and went to pick me up at my house and I was not there. I called and spoke to the director of the dirextor and explained the situation and had to cut it short as I was in the middle of my appt. Another agent called me to let me know they're short 5 drivers (no surprise) and wanted to pick me up instead of at my scheduled 10 am slot, offered to pick me up at 12 noon. Needless to say. i would rather pay for an Uber ride a z taxi or ride with metro transportation any day of the week. I pray their disability trial program does not get renewed another six months bc after these two experiences and having spoken with 2 managers that there is dire incompetency in the way this organization is run. Someone has dropped the ball here and I don't expect their service to last much longer if they continue to provide poor service as they have done so with me these past two weeks read more

The CEO Gail Nehls absolutely uses her authority oppressively, and capriciously while genuinely displaying awful behavior both emotionally and morally. This is evident by many examples if you ask current employees. A good 70 to 80% of reviews are negative FOR A REASON. Gails best performance is in front of the Board I'm sure, as she can pull answers and basically excuses about what's really going on. She is lazy and just micro-manages all day and has learned to manipulate and take credit for the work of others to showcase for the Board of Directors as if she is the person of recognized talent! If the Board of Directors questioned each individual employee and let them know it is a safe space from Gail having any knowledge or control of the outcome, they would find that this review is very relevant. If the Board of Directors called former employees to gage the culture, they would find many problems with the CEO Gail's lack of knowledge and leadership. Division of all employees is a problem, no sense of community because it is frowned upon. Like, what a miserable place to work! This should include a safe space from the director as well! Body language is 55 % of actual language, and if you look closely at employee body language, while asking questions about the culture and treatment of others, it is clear there is big concern. Smart people move on! It's sad to see that others allow this kind of treatment and are afraid to speak up because they desperately need employment. Granted some people are not a good fit, but to have such a revolving door and lose key players often is for a reason. Gail often says to rebuttal negative reviews, is that the employee was not a good fit. It's such a revolving door no one is a good fit!!! Seems to be a very common excuse, and Gail treats employees as if they are disposable and speaks about it freely. I have seen the worst behaviors in Gail and in my entire profession I have ever encountered. Gail is a true tyrant and lacks emotional intelligence as evident by her behaviors, words and actions. Gail lacks educated answers about the organization an often deflects the question to the responsibility of someone else as the excuse to her not being educated about her own organization. This is seen especially in budgeting and strategic planning. There are certain aspects a CEO should help delegate with solution-based critiques and genuine guidance. Gail lacks the skill set of a leader and couldn't be any further from true leadership and the emotional intelligence that comes with it. Gails behavior is unacceptable, abhorrent, and at what point is she embarrassed by it? Absolutely unacceptable. No thank you and happy to move on by far! Now what is your excuse to even bother to comment back to this and try to do damage control because the damage is already being done. Hopefully good people will save it like your awesome grant writer and people who help pay your lavish lifestyle you so openly brag about to others while treating employees the way you do!! Extremely poor service. A phone call to schedule a ride may put you on hold for as much as 10 min. and a computer voice will come on and ask if you want a callback, and that can take a half hour or more. So if you're waiting for your ride to show up, be prepared to have to wait and wait and then wait some more to finally get called back by a human who will tell you they're doing all they can!!! And if you call to complain about the poor service of being stood up for a scheduled ride to your Dr. appt., be prepared for a rude, unapologetic operator who will only offer excuses and a very poor attitude. They do not have enough employees for the number of customers. Not nearly enough people to answer the phones, and way not enough cars and drivers. But worst of all is their attitude. Take responsibility for the poor service and apologize for the delays and missed appointments and trouble you cause! I'm extremely upset and rightly so, as this is not my first missed appointment because Envida has such poor service. They get paid by Medicaid and Medicare, so what is their excuse for the sorry service and where are their payments from them going if they can't afford to buy vehicles or hire people??? read more

I have been using Envida Moves for almost a year. My car is wrecked and I can't afford to fix it presently. The drivers are mostly friendly and willing to help you on and off the bus/vehicles. My favorite person to talk to when booking rides is Brianna. She is very funny and friendly and always evokes a smile or two. Last week my son and family that live off of Highway 94 in Ellicott had booked a ride and no one showed on Thursday or Friday. They were waiting at Fuel B's gas station when he called me. His phone wasn't working well so I told him I'd call to see what was going on. I ended up talking with Eric. He was so nice and courteous during my call. We talked for quite a while trying to find a solution to their problem. Eric went above and beyond the normal response for a problem. Not only did he apologize for the missing bus, (someone has quit and did not give notice), but he has someone else drive out to pick them up and bring them to the Springs! Way above the call of duty for taking responsibility for a missed ride. He sure earned my respect for doing what he could to remedy the situation. So hats off to you, Eric. I hope someone in upper management realizes what a gem they have in you. Thank you again! read more

I would like to place my review about amblicab! As a customer and rider i have been with amblicab for a few years, yes their has been a few spider webs that had to be worked out and changed, but now amblicab has made a lot of changes for clients that have to use the service for the good and you would even like the changes a lot more than before. If you had problems before and left come back and give them another chance and see what they have to offer now on the changes, I am sure that you will like these changes they have done and are working harder for our clients to help them with their needs, Hope to see you back with them. Amblicab was offering the best service, clean transportation, on time friendly service. That, has changed. They rarely answer the phone, they rarely return calls confirming appointments. For those of us that depend on mass transportation for medical appointments its a shame to have lost the quality Amblicab once offered. read more
