I had this shop doing my alignment, right after I took the car the steering wheel was crocked towards the left. Called in and they told me to come in the next day to fix it. Went on time and they fixed it but now the steering wheel crocked right, brought it back immediately and the guy says "I don't have time now!". OK! Its been tough finding a reputable alignment shop that doesn't over charge, and really takes their time doing what they're supposed to be doing. I came across Fremont Alignment's Yelp reviews a while back, bookmarked it and finally had time to contact Michael and set up an appointment. Response time using Yelp's business messaging was under an hour, so a shot out to Michael for the quick response. Contact the business ahead of time to set up an appointment. Depending on your vehicle, it'll probably take 30-45 minutes for a 4 wheel alignment. He shares a garage with another mechanic, but everything is clean and organized. He asked me if I'm experiencing any issues, told him that I have aftermarket suspension (lowered), replaced the front bushings, different tire specs than factory, and that my car always tends to pull to the right. He hopped in my car, took it for a spin to pinpoint any other issues and drove it directly onto the alignment rack. After 40 minutes of adjustments, he takes the car for a spin again, comes back and reviews all of his findings and adjustments with me, and made some recommendations. Paid for his services and I was on my way. I already scheduled another appointment to get my wife's car done! He also works on regular cars as well, ie. a "soccer mom" driving an honda odyssey had the next appointment after me. Thank you Michael for making this an effortless experience. I was browsing through Yelp yesterday looking for a place to get my alignment without really having to break the bank. I landed on this place and read lots of the reviews before actually messaging the shop. Michael was quick to respond as soon as I sent them a message asking for a quote. I was told $79.95 for an alignment, which honestly doesn't sound bad at all. I scheduled my appointment for 1pm the next day without any problems. Today, I came in at about 12:50pm just in case they were with a client. FYI, Fremont Alignment is in the same shop as BNP Foreign Auto, so don't get confused about which shop is which! Anyway, Michael greeted me right away and asked me what the problem was on my car (car drifts to the right, yada yada). He took my keys and started on it right away by taking it for a test drive first to experience firsthand what was wrong with my car. By 1:15pm, my car was already done! They explained to me what was wrong and what they did to fix it. For $79.95, they did an amazing job and I could definitely feel the difference in how my car drives now. Car's steering wheel was SLIGHTLY off center after rotating the tires at the dealer. Instead of asking the dealers to do the alignment, I found these guys on yelp. I made an appointment over the phone, and they were very very kind over the phone. I arrived at the location at the appointments time, and Luis test drove my car. That was already a big plus for me. I had a bad experience before where dealers just put the car on the machine to do alignment without even checking the symptom I mentioned (they ended up not being able to fix the problem). Anyways, Luis confirmed to me that he can also see the off center steering wheel, and that they can definitely fix it. It took no more than 10 minutes for them to get the job done.
