We full-time in our motor home, and when stopping for an overnight in Pendleton we noticed our coolant surge tank was leaking. We called this Freightliner as it was the closest one to Pendleton. The service manager took the last 6 of our VIN and said he would check on the part availability and get back to us with an hour. He actually called back in 10 minutes and said he could get the part on Saturday (this was a Thursday night) and get it installed on Tuesday morning. We showed up Tuesday, our motor home was in the bay at 8 am, and we were out with the fix done at lunchtime. Thanks for the honest answers and for getting us back on the road as promised. read more

Recommend staying away from this place don't bother stopping here. One of the worst freightliner dealerships I've ever experienced in the country. Took them 11 days to get a radiator fixed along with some warranty work. When we came in to pick up the truck the battery was dead. Took a full business day for them to diagnose the dead battery no sense of care. read more

If you come here be prepared to spend days here. Then be prepared for them to not even let you know when service is finished. Just let you sit in waiting room for hours on end. Had to go find our truck and back it out ourselves. Find someone to ask if work was done. They weren't even sure. Hope we don't get stuck here again. Clean bathrooms though. read more

Great place to be if you're going to waiting hours at a time. Comfortable waiting room. Cozy lounge seats, hot coffee, clean bathrooms. They have phone numbers to nearby hotels and restaurants posted on a bulletin if need be. Nearby truck stop, walking distance. Not to mention the friendly staff. Greeted us warmly during our 6 hr stay. They kept us updated the entire time. Wouldn't mind being here again! read more
