These guys do not stop for coffee breaks unlike some other services I've used in the past and are able to tell you when you call to check on a package status exactly where it is or if there is a problem. They go above and beyond what is the service standard and are able to provide first class professional service accomodating my additional little quirks like having a photo of the signed receipt I've attached to the package sent via email to me in addition to the automatic email proof of delivery that they send to you if you set up an account with them. On one of my last deliveries I had a 5p.m cut off for an office closing and they called at 4:30 to say the I-95 getting there was a gridlock and it gave me time to make alternative arrangements for receiving delivery instead of calling me at the last minute to say they were at the office and nobody was there. These guys answered me the fastest and I called them to discuss how much it would be to courier 20 boxes from Doral up to Palm Beach within a 3 hour span. They gave me a price to which I told them I would call back since I wanted to price shop for this delivery a little bit, so I waited and then called another courier service who stated that they didn't have cargo vans; and then another one who quoted me way higher than these guys. That left me with little choice but I am glad I used Reliable Couriers, their cargo van pulled up within 30 minutes of me calling and then delivered my packages directly up there. Bottom Line: If you need a delivery service that utilizes cargo vans then use these guys, and I would think their service is probably similar when it comes to regular cars as well.
