Plus our neighbor had flooded our side yard where the AC Fan is located and the mud was 6 inches deep. They found the problem immediately and had one in stock. They went to pick it up and were back right away and fixed it pronto!! I love Tony and Tommy (and Charlie)!! Though our AC still worked well, water was welling up on our concrete slab beneath the unit. Worst yet, when I tried to troubleshoot the issue, I somehow shut the system shut down completely. Panic. I called Anthony and instead of putting me off completely until Monday...he talked me through getting the system back on. We went from fearing a three-day weekend without AC, to fully operational AC. He also instructed me as to how to drain the system of excess water. All over the phone. Free of charge. What more can you possibly ask for? We'll never talk to anyone else about HVAC.
