One is you need to use a machine to load money onto a card to use in the washing machines. The device is not user-friendly and almost nobody in the place is fluent in english. The other drawback I found was that the washer machines are not user-friendly either when it comes to settings for a wash. They do have plenty of parking outside, which is a good thing. I would say , unless you don't have your own washer and dryer , it's probably a decent place to consider if you can figure out how to operate the card loading device.

The parking lot is midsized and recently resurfaced, the property is also handicap accessible. The doors are also automatic which is a huge help when entering/exiting the facility. They have a large variety of washing machines that are all clearly labeled for weight limits, each machine provides you touch screen directions and once acclimated are very easy to operate. All machines also require a Laundromax card (first purchase of a card costs 1$ per) that can purchased from a wall kioski. Majority of the dryers on site can accommodate 45 lbs. and they also have a few max load dryers for 80lbs. Each folding table also includes a cart and a chair. Though I didn't interact with the employees they were attentive to the dry cleaning customers as well as a few older customers that had technical difficulties. Overall this is a great affordable investment to the community and I'm thrilled to see it's addressing a lot of the pitfalls of laundromats.

When I searched CLEANERS rather than laundry, Royal came up so I called. The man on the phone was incredibly pleasant and said that it was $1.00 per pound and was told it could be ready same day! I brought the clothes in a short time later and was greeted by the same man who answered the phone. He weighed the clothes, wrote up my slip and said to come back anytime after 6:00 or anytime the next day (Sunday). 34 pounds, 34 dollars and done within 6 hours, can't beat that! I returned on Sunday early afternoon and before I even took out my slip the same gentleman greeted me by name and put my clothes on the counter. I thanked him for the service and he thanked me equally for coming in. One thing to be aware of is it's a cash only location, but I can not recommend Royal Cleaners enough. They are a small neighborhood laundromat, but have plenty of large washers and dryers, chairs and a TV. The parking lot is small, but easily accessible and clearly they have a great wash/dry/fold service and amazing customer service. I'm not sure. But a queen size comforter cost $15 to wash which isn't bad. Usually I can pick up my items the next day and you also pay when you come back. She and the manager didn't hesitate to provide assistance. The manager asked how much laundry I had and what could be combined. Another employee told me how the machines worked and what was available to use. They pointed out the various sizes of machines and made recommendations on what I needed to use. As I brought in my 2nd basket, I spilled my bottle of fabric softener all down my coat, pants, shoe and the floor. I felt so bad that I made a mess but the manager just told me he would clean it and then had me put my winter coat in a washer, which he comped. The people there helped me with loading soap and fabric softener and showed me how to pay for the wash and start the machines. They made this such a great experience and they knew this was a one-time visit (I think)! In addition, this place is clean with nice music, and TVs. I would highly recommend going here whether it's a weekly event or a one-time thing like mine.
