My insurance has determined that I was not at fault for this accident. I am a senior citizen living on Social Security. I have an excellent driving record and have NEVER had any claims. Allstate also determined that their client was not at fault, and offered no further explanation. This is Allstate's way of preying on profit over people. Their client who is an 18 year old, inexperienced driver unable to control his vehicle, hits my rear quarter panel on the drivers side while he's turning from the left onto my lane. How is that my fault? It is hard enough on a senior, living on Social Security having to pay a high deductible plus a probable premium increase due to an unjustified claim. If you have Allstate Insurance or if you're in an accident with someone who has Allstate, you can bet your bottom dollar you won't pry a red cent out of these Crooked Insurers for your damages! Don't trust Allstate!

I called this company because I trusted them I been a loyal customer for about 5 years and when I…read moreneeded a new insurance I didn't hesitate to call them. They told me they had found a perfect deal for me but the insurance was asking for a deposit so my total due was $378 and they could do it in 2 payments. First payment was of 178 and second would be of 200 in those 200 included my first month insurance. They sent me a receipt of 128 the first payment didn't think much of it because I expected a little broker fee in there but when I called to complete my second payment they said it wasn't ready so I ended up calling the insurance company directly where I found out they did not charge me a deposit like they said and my payment was only 113 not 200 so now I won't stop receiving calls from this company trying to get a 200 payment from me when I have already spoke to the insurance and they said no do not pay them that. Also if I already paid 113 how is it that I still owe them 200. If they would of been truthful from the beginning and stated their fees as brokers it would of been a different story but instead they decided to lie and say it was the insurance charging me that. And they know that's how they get people by lying to them. And yes they record the call so maybe they should hear them so they can see how their agents lie to their costumers. Why not speak with the truth and let the costumer decide if they want to pay so much for brokers fee or not. I do not recommend them but if you do make sure they specify all charges.
