Spent 48 minutes trying to get through on the phone. They actually picked up and hung up and then wouldn't answer. I had to call a different branch location just to get holiday operating hours. Every Wells Fargo staff member I've ever worked with has had this demeanor whether it's over the phone or in person. They are trained very well to work generously with their members and I'm glad I bank with WF. Outside has four (?) teller drive-thru sections and one atm drive-thru.
