After realizing he was just not into his job anymore (that's putting it nicely) I went with Greg because of his great reviews! Not to mention the baggage I came with!! Trust me- there is a reason why Greg Metelak has great reviews. Greg has been super patient with me, because I have had a chip on my shoulder from previous my agent and what I went thru. I've referred everyone his way and they've all come to me after and said the same thing. They didn't feel like they were sold, they felt taken care of. Anyone can call another insurance company, but they usually just want to sell you something quick without explaining what everything means. Biggest tip for anyone, just because it's "full coverage" from another provider, doesn't mean you're fully protected. Greg is one of the good ones!

I had to called several times before getting a call back or reached the correct person. They Take forever to process a claim, expect you to pay for a rental car out of pocket until claim and damages are done which can take weeks/months with how slow they are, they after Some reimbursement IF your claim is accepted. My claim was denied even tho i had full coverage and have been with them for YEARS. On top of my car being stolen the teenagers who stole it crashed into another car and denied coverage on the person that was hit by them. That person is now trying to sue me and Illinois vehicle did nothing to help. BBB was called and complaint filed. BBB stated they wouldn't even reply or give a statement.
