I called before my next payment to try to cancel my policy. I was told I had to come in person to fill out some paperwork. I explained that I have moved to Michigan which is a 6 hour drive and I no longer own the vehicle. The representative told me the only other option I had was to let the payment pass and after a month it will cancel on its own. To my surprise I was charged for the policy a few weeks afterwards. I called and explained my situation. They explained that if I could show proof that I sold my vehicle they could refund me the last payment. I didn't even have proof of payment as I sold it to a stranger as a 3rd party sell. It's not like I received a receipt of the sale. They said I could have send a letter explains I wanted to cancel my policy with my signature!!!!! How the fuck are they going to tell me that when they are emailing me the paper work for me to sign right now!!!!!.... Why the fuck didn't the last agent tell me he could have emailed me the paperwork!!!!! So now this company has taken a payment out of my account when I was told I wasn't in autopay and no refund is available. This whole business is a shit show and I would recommend everyone going to find another insurance company.

I would not recommend this agency. I transferred my home and auto insurance to State Farm due to…read moretheir lower policy rates. What a mistake!!! Since the very beginning there has been problems. First, they changed their original quote from what they initially told me. Second, I went into the office to paid my first monthly payment for home/auto. Then 30 days later, they claimed I didn't pay for the home policy. Why would I pay double on my auto insurance (first payment since receiving the policy) and not pay for homeowners insurance. From the very beginning there has been several problems. Either, they don't call you back, they give you different quotes, they don't apply the payment to the correct policies and don't seem to know their own policies and how to do business. Once, the first year policies are up for renewal, I will be going elsewhere where for business. Don't walk pass this agency RUN!

Beyond great and they have been in my life for the last five to six years. A little history; I've known JoAnn Miller for a long time. (I've never met her or anything; just know her via phone calls and emails) And she has been so helpful. There was a period in my life where I had 3/ 4 accidents in a row (lets clarify - none of them were my fault!) and she helped me out with every single one of them. She would call and check up on me, keep me posted on where things were with the paper work, and so on. I mean super crazy helpful and I loved it because I do not understand the insurance world and she just helped out. She would give me the best advise on what I should do, what kind of car insurance I should get, and so on. Super helpful... So once all this craziness was taken care of and things were back to normal; I would get calls or emails from JoAnn saying if we switch you to "this" insurance you'll save "x" amount of dollars. So throughout the year I get updates and calls on how I can save money and I love it. I never have to think about it cause JoAnn and team are on top of it. They are extremely helpful and willing to help make your life as easy as they can. Everyone there is ever friendly and on top of their insurance game!
