You may get some sass from the bartender but it's all in good fun. As for food, whatever cajun bar eat you're looking for, it's here. Boudin stuff, po boys, muffelettas, and the gumbo/red beans & rice/jambalaya are all delicious here. Everything I've tried here is awesome. The loaded mac & cheese is one of my favorites; get it fully loaded with the boudin and crawfish; OMG! Vibes here scream cajun college bar with some sassy fun bartenders and a variety of patrons here. I've seen college students, business folks, blue-collar workers, soccer moms having a ladies night, and teachers unloading through refills of wine and hurricanes. Tigers was using very large mushrooms with caps that had opened. Better suited for sliced / sautéed. They were okay but I definitely enjoyed Fumbles more. The historic building is old and rundown. The old pool table was gone as well as the video poker room. The cubby with the autograph pictures and pay phone is just a dump station for lazy (or busy) staff. T-shirts available in a rainbow of colors. $17-$19 Restroom was okay.
