I had high expectations of my wedding with Freesia last year in July and it was a real disappointment. I have always dreamed about having real florals at my wedding so I planned a big portion of my budget on them. I spent about 10k for my wedding on florals. I met with the floral designer twice. We also discussed how my candle arrangement would go and what my vision was for each table. She expressed to me that it would be less expensive if I provide the vases and candles for her, which I did and we went over multiple times how she would arrange them and what looked best. I also expressed how I envisioned a beautiful candle lit reception so therefore I provided tall vases and candles for her. Come wedding day and I found out my wedding planner ended up arranging all of the vases and had no time to light up all the candles so no candle lit reception. I messaged the florist what happened to everything we discussed and she said it was never put on the final bill statement so service was not provided. I was not aware that things like candle lighting was suppose to be part of the bill statement or vase arrangement so I never even questioned why is what not there. I assumed we discussed everything and she understood what I needed. I would have gladly paid for the extra services if I was already paying 10k for florals. I was not aware to look to make sure extra services on the bill. I thought she knew what I needed therefor she would put down everything necessary on the bill statement that needed to be put down. What was the point of meeting and going over candle placement if she was never going to do it? We even discussed my welcome table and guest sign in table that was never even touched by the company. The other issue was that I paid for the florals therefore I assumed I get to keep them or my family would get to take some home. However the company just came and took everything without even discussing with me where they would go! I wouldn't have minded if they were donated but I was never told! I spent 10k on flowers and was never told where they ended up. I trusted the professionalism of the company. I trusted their communication since they were reputable and I was so new to the planning process but I was truly let down. My biggest regret of my wedding was this company. read more

Freesia Designs helped me pick out my wedding flowers and centerpieces and they took my ideas and made them reality! I loved how all the flowers and centerpieces looked. We were able to reuse ceremony decor for our reception to cut down costs and that was so helpful! I am still in love with the beautiful colors all coming together in my wedding bouquet and in all of my bridesmaids' bouquets and the tiny details on every detail. Still 5 stars, but if I could score above it, I would. Candi and Jessica took over an hour out of their day to review my floral designs and make sure they were absolutely perfect and in line with my vision for our wedding. This level of customer service is so hard to come by with wedding florists, and, for that reason, I am so very grateful that I chose Freesia Designs as my florist. That said, I will also use them personally for any future floral orders, such as birthdays and so forth, because their quality and service is unmatched. I am truly, truly grateful for them! P.S. Freesia designs made the flowers for my wedding. They were absolutely beautiful and at a price that was significantly less than the closest alternative. We used high arrangements and low arrangements. Freesia loaned me the candles and bud vases that I needed for the lower tables. Their customer service is fantastic. I'm sure they do a great job at the events they host. We were suppose to have our meeting with Candy but she didn't even meet with us. We met with another woman and I will leave her name out. She had her own vision, her own wants, and tried to sell me on everything after I had stated I didn't want all the extra. After I left the appointment, I was completely overwhelmed by the appointment because it did not go well. See below. But on top of that after I received the quote, I compared it with another quote I received and for the exact same bridal bouquet they were charging me 2x more than I was quoted by another florist- think $80 to $200 for the SAME flowers. Then I replied to the quote with a list of questions. They, then, replied to me saying they are "declining my business" because they just received a contract for a "huge event" they needed all hands on deck for. This was less than 24 hours after I drove in for my appointment and it was never mentioned that there was someone else looking to use the date; And no respect was given to us or my wedding. I have been working with so many vendors and all of them have stated that they were either working with someone else who was looking at the same date who had priority if they were first, OR that if anyone else inquired I would have first choice because I was indeed, first. They did not respect me, my wedding, or my wants. If you have money to blow and don't care about customer service- this is probably a fabulous option. If you're a normal person, who is trying to plan an event, who is hoping to be taken care of, this is not the place for you. My appointment in short: a merry-go-round of trying to explain my wants, hearing what her suggestions were, and explaining that her vision was not matching mine. She was pushing different center pieces and told me it wouldn't look good to reuse my bridesmaids bouquets as center pieces(which I had already stated was a non-negotiable). She continued to push things that I reinforced I wasn't interested in, making me feel extremely overwhelmed in what was suppose to be a "fun" appointment. read more
