Amazing business and family. I highly recommend them. They just unfortunately had a fire there due to a person that worked for them for 3 days and now they have to go mobile which I heart wrenching to me because they have helped me out so much in the last 5 years with my skis . And don't believe those horrible posts below that legit is someone going under different names trying to slander them. Yes they have a lot of skis on the property but what jet ski shop doesn't around here? I have been a customer of different places like lacey and jet Dr. Or medics whatever it was called and I truly appreciated how rich took the time to explain every part of the jet ski for us. And yes jet skis take time to be worked on because there are not a lot of jet ski mechanics around , it is a learned trade you have to have experience in and rich had told me he has over 21 years experience which is impressive and it shows. Amazing guy and amazing business. I've been a customer for rich for over 8 years . Even before he had FreeRider PWC he helped me with my SeaDoo and Yamaha. He is one of the only 2 stroke mechanics left here in New Jersey that will even give you the time or day . He will be brutally honest to you even if you don't like it. He saved me hundreds of dollars on my ski because he had found a problem that other mechanics didn't. I see these other posts down here and ...I don't know what to say ...some shty people in this world. He has a lot of skis on his yard? What jet ski place doesn't that is actually working hard? And theft? No not at all those are just people angry that they have to spend more than they thought on a jet ski that was built to break all the time.. Expect that, if you don't expect that maybe you shouldn't own a ski?? Anyway. Rich is a good guy and don't listen to these people. Rich is nothing more than a liar and a theft a con man. There are countless horror stories of jet skis going to his shop to die. He has burned 2 of my wave runners to the ground on purpose to avoid finishing them and legal action and then decided to steal all my personal parts. He won't answer questions or return calls.
