When I asked again, he got uncomfortably evasive and told me he wouldn't tell me how he worked! Really? Delusions of grandeur - like he was protecting trade secrets. I just wanted to know if he could do any better than what I had already done in testing the cables. I told him I wouldn't hire someone without knowing what capabilities I'd be paying for, so he said "It sounds like your fishing for information" and "Take care, Buddy". Big red flags.

When I arrived, the clerk refused to accept the package and claimed they don't ship FedEx at all. This directly contradicts what's listed online and ended up wasting my time going out of my way to come here. If this location no longer accepts FedEx drop-offs, that needs to be clearly communicated and updated online. Otherwise, customers are being misled. Very frustrating experience.
