It progressed with a visit to the business to examine and select the needed signs and notice display case. (Isaac laid out the various options without any high pressure tactics). The experience ended with Isaac carrying the display case to my car. (I could easily have carried my purchases but Isaac insisted). This is a brief description of my experience, but what is not discussed is that this business (Isaac) believes that the customer is always right. Finally, the price that I paid was surprisingly inexpensive for the items i bought. It was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend HPD Signs.

In other words I have visited them multiple times. They have a large facility on first floor and office upstairs. They are not outsourcing your work. - you CAN negotiate. This is brooklyn after all :) and you can negotiate in Brooklyn. - speed - well they are not the fastest, because they are busy and in a typical Brooklyn style customer service - they will sometimes tell you that ;) Having said all that - the jobs that they did were always of very high quality of workmanship and in the 5 or so years I have been retaining their services they did not let me down and have any of my clients complain about the quality (complain about speed :) yes that happened, but at the end they were happy).

But i just think yelp is not always the most reliable source for opinions, having a restaurant myself and have experienced 5 stars and 1 stars. But it just shows that yelp is very subjective. This company made us a great sign, at a reasonable price, in a timely fashion. No Drama, i love our new sign, and i would highly recommend them in the future. I did do all our business with them through e mail, never spoke once on the phone. But i have to say, we are so so pleased with the work they did for us. I did shop around a lot before i found this company, and i can say their price was very reasonable and they were the easiest company to work with. CHEERS!!!!

I purchased a sign from this company a few years ago with no issues. Since then, the lettering of…read morethe signs have basically disappeared, due to weather and age. I requested a quote to have it fixed. They said there has been a change of ownership at the company and they don't have any records of my original order. I sent them the info I had. It took months to get a simple quote back and then they told me the sign is too old to fix. They said they could re-do the lettering. So I said that's fine. How much would it be just the lettering? Again, no response for weeks. I have emailed and called with no response. They must have caller ID because now they just hang up when i call. Needless to say, the company has become extremely unprofessional and obviously it is not the same company I dealt with before. The one guy who I spoke to on the phone said I needed to talk to the boss who was out visiting a client. I still haven't heard back. Now I need to find another company to fix their installation. Probably if you're a big company they will prioritize your business but if you're a repeat customer or small order, do not expect to be treated professionally. A shame really.
