It's been awhile since I've been here but I thought it was important enough to write one now. So…read morebasically, Thomasville Furniture's is from the city Thomasville, NC. This is the headquarters for the company. The thing that is special about this location is one of the few outlet stores. A lot of times, they may have furniture that was ordered and returned for various reasons. You'll find items that are about 1/5 the retail prices. Inventory will vary but if you can build a rapport with one of the associates, you could probably ask them to keep an eye on some specific pieces. The quality is top notch Thomasville but at a fraction of the cost. Unfortunately pictures are not allowed, so be prepared to buy! Shipping from NC to LA was about $1.50 a lbs.

This store is owned by the Thomasville Corporation in NC. 9/25/2012: I ordered one sofa, two chairs and one ottoman all in the same Grade 5 leather. My order was delayed, waiting for Thomasville to receive the leather. 4/4/2013: Six months later, the furniture was delivered. Although there are problems with each item, the worst problem is that they obviously do not match each other. The additional problems include flaws on both sofa seat cushions. The sofa back cushions are over-stuffed with fiber, and have no foam core (which adversely altered the design and support). The wing-back chairs are in Grade 3 (vs. Grade 5). They have some damage, and the seams along the sides and backs are lumpy. The ottoman does not match the chairs or the sofa, the top has an indentation, and all sides have scratches. The Design Consultant and Store Manager referred me to the Customer Service Manager. 4/19/2013: The Customer Service Manager sent a technician to examine the furniture and submit a report. (My requests for a copy of this report have been denied). At one point, he referred me to Corporate Customer Service, who in turn referred me back to the store. 5/14/2013: The Regional Manager (in reply to my email) stated that she was working with the VP and the head of the factory. She would contact me, after their evaluation, to let me know the outcome. 6/14/2013: Contrary to her 5/14 email, the Regional Manager refused to address the evaluation. Instead, she referred me back to the Customer Service Manager. Representatives of Thomasville repeatedly offered assistance, followed by a referral, which lead to another referral, and back again. Last week, Corporate Customer Service recommended that I call the President of Thomasville. I was instructed to leave her a voice mail message (as calls are always answered by a machine). I did this. I also sent her an email, and suggested that she visit my Facebook page. Today, while I continue to pursue an answer, Thomasville can follow me.

BEFORE the 30 warranty expired the unit started making a horrible noise during the spin cycle (so loud, my neighbor could hear it in the next apartment). I contacted the store and they put me in touch with a man named Carlton. Soon after, a service man was sent. He said the washer needed a bearing and he'd order it and come back after Christmas to do the repair. I waited...and waited....and waited. Oh, I was also calling, and calling and calling. When I FINALLY got Carlton on the phone again he said they were still waiting on the part. His exact words were "Don't worry, we're going to take care of you". That's a joke. I waited and had to start calling again to see what was going on. Thats when he stopped answering the phone again. I called at least 40 times, with no answer. I went to the store and was told there was no one there to help me. So I waited a month, figuring, they'd think I'd given up. Yup, a man named GIOVANNI answered. He claimed he knew nothing about the situation. We had a discussion and he said he find out what was going on. He said they'd either fix the unit or give me another one. He yet again assured me "DON'T WORRY, WE'RE GOING TO TAKE CARE OF YOU". He then said he was going to call me back THAT AFTERNOON. ,Haven't heard from the guy since - that was 23 day ago. GO TO THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN PERIL. THEY ARE LIARS!, THEY ARE THEIVES!, THEY ARE CHEATS!. THEY ARE EVIL HUMAN BEINGS! I'm on disability, after having my 6th stroke. I payed this business with money from my savings only because I'm unable to walk to my complex laundry room. Now I have a broken machine. THIS BUSINESS DID NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!

I did not plan to come here. Actually sat in the parking lot looking for someplace to eat. I saw all these little old ladies coming in and out so I knew it was good. Cakes and cakes and more cakes! They have ever kind you can think of. Seriously, chocolate to pumpkin pies, lemon, strawberry, almond joy, butter pecan...every flavor and it's all homemade. So happy to meet the staff and hear about the start of a great family business. Oh and do not sleep on the goodies in the attached stores. So many cute Christmas items and gifts. I got some beautiful ornaments and several personal Christmas gifts. What a blessing on a day of wonder.

Even the one that has the line wrapped around the door in GSO. It doesn't hold a candle to the deliciousness of this little gem. Since I've discovered it, the popularity has soared and I'm very happy for them. Dawn is the sweetest and most hospitable team member to greet you when you walk in the door! She always puts a smile on our face and our son has become their certified cake caller. We love the Market! And if you haven't been lately their store addition is amazing.

05/05/2026 UPDATE ... Adam from FLS called me promptly in response to my multiple negative online…read morereviews concerning this matter. Today, he had a team resolve the issue. Although the process was less than ideal, the outcome is satisfactory. Beware of customer service / Delivery Department issues!!! Very low marks across the various social media platforms. My wife and I have purchased a lot of furniture over the years and recently completely furnished a very large home with furniture from both Furnitureland South and from Arhaus. Our most recent purchase from FLS was a king bed and two nightstands for our son in Alexandria, VA as a housewarming gift. White Glove Delivery and FLS Protection Plan. The delivery guys couldn't seem to get the headboard up the stairs, so they left the bed unassembled with the headboard on a lower level. Instead of calling their supervisor to arrange a solution, they left the premises. Mind you, the apartment was full of furniture that had gone up those same stairs. Numerous calls to the FLS Delivery Department from their own sales department, from my son, and from us have resulted in no action other than excuses, broken promises and ignored phone inquiries by a fellow in the Delivery Department named ADAM. I'm sure that we're not the first victims of this extremely ineffectual customer service representative. His colleagues, Jessica and Michelle (???), haven't offered any help either in resolving this seemingly simple issue. The FLS customer service / Delivery Department continues to be a blight on the organization, and ADAM shouldn't be employed in any type of customer service role. Despite apologetic responses to negative online reviews month after month, their extremely poor customer service persists.
