Art basically made it look and work like the first day I bought it, at a very reasonable price. I was blown away. I came home and immediately vacuumed and shampooed my carpets. It was a good experience overall. They have knowledgeable and helpful sales people who answer your…read morequestions. I was able to test out the vacuum in store although it was very brief. Understandably, they didn't want me to run the vacuum too long as it was for sale and not a demo machine. My only concern is their return policy. I special ordered my SEBO Felix Onyx. I asked about return policy when taking delivery in case it wasn't the right machine for my house or my partner and was told exchanges only, no refunds. When spending this amount of money you want to be fully satisfied even if that means a refund. Thankfully I'm happy with my choice but if you plan on buying from here make sure the machine you buy is what you want. If ordered from the SEBO website they give you a 30 day Risk-Free Trial of the product. As a side note: they unboxed the machine for me and it was pre-assembled. They did not give me the box it came in and I would like to have kept that Edit 11/29/2024 - It's been a few days since I got my SEBO and in that time Black Friday sales have lowered the price. I inquired about price matching and I got a very kind and generous email from the CEO offering to send me a check for the difference in price. I'm very happy with this outcome and I highly recommend this small business to anyone.

The phone was answered promptly and was informed that I would shortly be receiving a call from the service tech.. About 90 minutes later, Sam called and came by my house in the late afternoon. Sam was courteous and professional. He quickly identified the problem which required ordering a part. He provided an estimate for the repair and when the part would likely arrive. The part arrived late Friday and he came by 9am Saturday morning to install, put the washer back in its place, and ran it through a test mode. Worked perfectly! Total cost was $240 for part, labor, and service call. I felt that was very reasonable. I will use Midway Appliance again and will recommend them to my friends/family. I read another review that gave 1 star for a $50 charge for a service call, diagnostic, and removing the old appliance. In my opinion, that was a very reasonable charge for the provided service.
