We were told by the homeowner told this cleaning service charges $38.00 with a 4 hour minimum and it didn't matter how clean we left it. The worst part was, I left a small bag of toiletries behind (MY bad), I asked the homeowner if they could ask the cleaning service to mail the bag back to me. I offered to prepay the postage. The Natural Look staff took the bag to the US Post office (about 3/4 of a mile from the property we rented and along their way back to Truckee), put it in a flat-rate Priority Mail pouch (cost $6.80) and billed us an additional $40.00 for this service. Our impression this firm is greedy and not good at what the overcharge for. Personally, I'd avoid using their services.
