My nails on the other hard, look atrocious. I asked for a natural rounded shape. My nails are actually shaped more like shrek. They are thick, and a lot of them are u even -- thick on one side, thin on the other. The guy flooded my cuticles and couldn't be bothered to try cleaning up the color that ended up on my skin. The staff was nice, and the salon seemed clean, but that's about the extent of the pros. I'll be getting my nails redone as soon as I can get home, but that's if I don't get a gel allergic reaction from having my cuticles flooded first.

It's conveniently located in a small plaza with ample parking. It seemed very clean and spacious but it's always empty. Oddly every time I went out, no matter day or time, was always empty with maybe 1 or 2 customers in the store - my being one. Red flag 2. I also noticed the staff seem very uptight when the owner lady (I think her name is Tammy) is there. Not as much when the husband Tony is. It's like she breathes down their necks coming in and out front from the back where she can hear or watch what's going on mid conversation with customer. I once had her do my nails and I didn't like something she was doing and questioned it and asked she not do it... she reacted very insulted and laughing off that I didn't know what I wanted. She couldn't let it go and after a while I was completely turned off by her lack of care in what I was seeking. They speak Vietnamese but what they don't realize is that I have an app that translates live on my cell since I work globally. She was talking so much trash to her husband and to another staff about me and another person. They also did away with their points program without notice to customers and parents but according to staff it isn't even real and never honored. They have cameras everywhere and she watches her staff from behind scenes and listens to customers. She was definitely listening to a conversation I had about brow tinting with my pedicurist because she later was trying to convince me to let her tint my brows. It was so strange They recently hired an excellent manicurist and pedicurist. He's EXCELLENT (tino) but it's only a matter of time that she will drive him away too so I'll wait for him to go somewhere else. It's clear they run a toxic environment. If their customers and staff can't stay committed that says a lot. I've been there a total of 6 times and every single time the lady is on top of everyone including her customers. Today was my 6th and my final visit there. I'm over it.

When she first started, I literally didn't even realize she was actually waxing my eyebrows. The price is comparable to other places in the area and you get 20% off for your first visit. They do all types of other waxing services too. I did not feel like I was being pressured into completing other services, but I was made aware of what other services are available.
