There was no real damage except to my nerves, and the pickup driver couldn't have been nicer when we both pulled over. We said, "No biggie, we'll deal with it." I mentioned it to Daniel when I brought the car in, and he said he'd have their detail guy look at it. It looked awful. I'm thrilled that Daniel bid it and his detail expert did a superb job all on the same day as our service. You'd never know we'd gently collided with a big pickup. I went to SB Honda today to get my oil changed on my 2023 CRV Hybrid, I was under the impression…read morethat the e-mail that was sent to me was for a discounted oil change, but the Service Manager looked at my e-mail and it applied to a car that I no longer own. She then put my VIN in the system and let me know that there were two recall notices on my car, she then told me that they could do the recall notices at the same time today, but it may take a little longer to get my car back. I had them fix the recall notices and got my car back within a reasonable amount of time. They were really good at sending me text messages with photos on things that needed to be done (I declined the additional issues). When my car was done, they sent a text telling me it was ready for pick up. When I got to the dealership to pick up my CRV, the Service Manager told me that there was an online discount that she applied to my invoice. I have to say that they did a great job in communicating all the additional items that needed to be done and the costs associated with those items. Long story longer, I'm satisfied with the service I received at SB Honda.

Instead of telling me they were nowhere near that number, he told me to come in and said they would 'take care of me.' I drove two hours to get there, only to be offered $20,000. They would not budge from that number at all. When I brought up the fact that I had already discussed $25,000 with Emmanuel before driving there, the manager told me he didn't know where Emmanuel got that number from and said they would reprimand him. That honestly made the situation even worse. Their own manager acknowledged that what I was told before coming in did not line up with what they were actually willing to offer, yet nothing was done to make the situation right. I wasted hours of my time and gas because I was led to believe we were at least in the same ballpark. If I had been told upfront that $20,000 was their maximum, I never would have made the trip. I call and call and I never get call backs. As it turns out my paperwork was never filed to their lender. And they got some reason didn't "catch it" until I brought it to their attention that something is not right. Well stupid us we decided to buy a truck from there as well. Keep in mind in one month we spent a little over 100k with 2 cars there. Everything for the truck is done in a reasonable amount of time I get my plates and registration. A month later I get a bill from their corporate office saying I owe them like $500 bucks. Wtf. Also trying to get parts from service is terrible. So incompetent, lazy and rude.
