I have been going to Freedom Massage once a month for about 10 months or so and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. I used to be a massage therapist and have worked in and have received massages in many different facilities and settings. Freedom massage is the best place I've been to for a massage. I met the owner, Diane, in my neighborhood and found out she owned her own massage business. This peaked my interest because having an understanding of the massage field, starting your own business is really hard and it takes a ton of work to be successful. And she's been doing an awesome and inspiring job. I'm a full supporter of local businesses and was looking for a new massage facility to go to regularly so I felt like this was fate. Diane is so friendly and warm, and so passionate about her business. I had to try it out, and I have no regrets. The staff is so nice and professional, and they truly care about their clients. It's nothing but smiles and "what can I get you?" comments when you walk in the door. You can feel there is a close bond between the massage therapists and they all have so much respect for Diane and each other. The facility has such a calming vibe and you feel relaxed walking in the door. I have been seeing Michelle as my therapist since I started going to Freedom Massage. She's one of the nicest people I've ever met, and also has an incredibly warm and calming spirit. Her touch is so healing, she never gives the same massage twice (and they are all on point), and she is also so passionate about her work. She listens to you when you speak and is great at focusing on your problem areas. And she's stellar at working out the kinks, on top of having a reiki-like touch. Even if the massage starts a few minutes after the scheduled time, she always goes the full time and I never feel rushed. I've worked at facilities where they don't go the full length of time if it's later than it's "starting time", which sucks for everyone. It also seems as though Diane and the team are constantly finding new techniques, lotions, and creams to use to enhance your massage experience, which is awesome. I am so impressed with Freedom Massage and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a solid massage. read more

"Beyond Excellence" Freedom Massage on Mystic Lane in Malvern has taken the "massage experience" to another level! Within moments of being welcomed, I felt the incredible energy of the staff, who were as warm and friendly as they were knowledgeable and professional. My entire experience including my massage was truly beyond excellent, and upon leaving I was given a gift bag from the owner, which included a coupon for my next massage, a welcome letter and other goodies! I have been to Freedom Massage a few times and every time I have an amazing experience. I've even convinced my father, (a rather stubborn man and uneasy to change) to switch to Freedom Massage for his regular massages. The staff is remarkable and they really listen to your wants and needs. I personally see Diane, the owner. She has relieved me of shoulder pain that my chiropractor and other massage therapist have been unable to relieve. She's so friendly and it's always a great experience seeing her. The reason for four stars instead of five is that I've only been to Freedom Massage twice and am still becoming familiar with staff and offerings. Both appointments, nearly a year apart, were 45 minutes long and by different massage therapists. Each was unique in how they approached the actual massage, but both were equally professional and pleasant. The facility is clean and attractive, painted in calming colors and professionally designed. Great care was taken by the owner Diane to make clients comfortable during their visit, which is much appreciated. I will return, and it will be more frequently than once a year! read more

I had my first Freedom massage with Kimberly this week. My first impression was the greeting by the staff when I walked in the door. I was introduced to Kimberly , my therapist, and she guided me through the establishment so I would know the surroundings. Once in the room, Kimberly discussed what type of massage, the areas of concentration, and the areas to avoid. My 60 minutes went by so quickly. I recently moved away from the area, and I can't tell you how much I miss Freedom Massage! It is such a uniquely wonderful place. The overall ambiance is so great...nice and cozy and homey, unlike a lot of the clinical feeling massage places out there. I can recommend no better place to receive a massage than at Freedom. From aesthetics to hands on, the experience surpasses expectation. I snatch up massage opportunities at every possible chance and sometimes when I go to an unfamiliar place it lands me in that achy, post massage-didn't get what i paid for-would have been better off without it zone. Hands down the best massage place around. I've been to many massage therapist in the past and I must say Freedom by far is the best. All of the staff is genuine and friendly. Facility is clean and cozy. Very comfortable. If you're hesitant about your first massage, don't be. Talk to the therapist, tell them exactly what you're looking for. They'll even give you a tablet with a virtual anatomy display on it so you pinpoint the areas that need massage without showing it on your actual body. Love it here read more

Being newly pregnant I was unsure if I could even get a massage. After asking friends where to go everyone recommended Freedom massage. I went last weekend and I had Sarah. My only complaint was that the massage ended before I knew it (but don't they all). The facility was beautiful, very calming, and super clean. Easy to find and close parking were very positive. The massage table was very comfortable. The therapist was skilled and kew exactly where the knots were. Only downside was a funny smell, not a herbal or incense smell-more like a garbage smell. Possibly it had something to do with humidity. I will def return and if the smell is evident, I will mention it to the manager. read more
