He has so much knowledge and is always available for any questions or concerns. Many people have used Nagi Properties for multiple sales and that shows they were so happy they called again and again! I pretty much left the price, the negotiations, etc to him. He listed my home and then negotiated with the buyer's agent when needed. In the end the sale was done and now I can move on. I want to thank Nagi Properties for everything! I trust them completely and it paid off for me. If you want an honest company to sale the most expensive thing most people own, Nagi Properties is the company you should use!

After almost 25 years on Lake Norman, my wife talked me into moving to a 55 and older, gated…read morecommunity about 10 miles away in Denver NC. My wife has been looking for almost a year. Originally we had thought we would probably eventually move to the Villages in Florida but she also looked at Bailey's Glen in Cornelius as well as Trilogy in Denver. We put our Condo on the Market in February and things started out fine but then we went under Covid Lockdown and that put a halt to all home sales unless the home was currently unoccupied. We moved in the Phase 1 of moving out from under Lockdown and while there were limitations, Realtors were able to start showing again. Got one low ball offer immediately which we ignored but a week later, we got a serious offer which we negotiated to a fair price close to the original asking price. With contract in hand, last Saturday we went over and toured 4 different models that Susan liked. Christi was a fantastic agent for Shea Homes. Narrowed it down to two homes and Susan chose the Independence Model and we signed a contract on it. Tentatively closing is set for next month and we are looking forward to it. Susan is looking forward to it and has gone over several times measuring and planning. Last Friday her Son and Daughter-in-Law went over and got a chance to at least see the pool and tennis court plus some of the Club House. Thumbs up to all. Attached pictures are of some of the units we looked at. Our's is the Blue one with the Red Peak.
