I had a problem with a light switch in the bathroom. Eric Hempel came from this firm and fixed it…read moreby replacing the switch with a new one. He asked if he could check the rest of the electrical system in/out of the house. It's a GOOD THING HE DID! He found that at some point in the past the ground for the house had been removed and the house and solar array were not grounded. That could have been a catastrophe if lightning ever struck. He also found that the panel was not up to code so he replaced it and installed grounds for not only the house, but a second one for the solar. All was done for reasonable price and only took a morning and early afternoon. Eric was very professional as well as being likable. I rarely meet people who I not only like, but trust right off the bat. He is one. Look no further---this is the electrical company you need!

I regret ever doing business with Premier Metal Buildings. I paid them over $14,000 in deposits --…read moreone by check in December 2024 and another in cash in March 2025 -- for a 30x50 metal building. They gave me an estimated delivery window of 8 to 10 weeks, and it's now been more than 6 months with no building, no progress, and no refund. Communication has been extremely poor. After repeated calls and messages, I was finally told that legal action was already being taken by another client -- which only raised more red flags. As of today, I've received nothing for the money I paid, and the company has made no effort to resolve. This feels like a total breach of contract and possibly fraud. I'm now pursuing legal action and filing complaints with the North Carolina Attorney General's Office and consumer protection agencies. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them. BChild Thomasville NC
