(2020 was a cray cray year). Richard said that was fine and to keep him posted. Well, life happened. COVID came and went. (Hello monkeypox! seriously wth) I just contacted him a few days ago to ask if I could have my deposit back. He said 'Sure. no problem. I'll process it right away.' That right there ladies and gentlemen is superior customer service. If and when I throw myself a party for surviving this year, I'm definitely going with 3sixty Entertainment.

I did research for an Orange County outdoor movie service, and they were by far the best option, reasonably priced, set up and take down right before and after the movie (they even waited in their truck during the entire movie in case we needed assistance) and were very friendly and professional. Shaun even came by the house a week or so before the event to look at the yard, make sure the outlets were working, etc. I would definitely recommend this company and think we will be using them again in the future!

No glitches, no skips, wonderful movie quality and so much fun!! The event opens at 5:00 but the movie doesn't start until 7:30. We arrived at 5:30 to have dinner and get a good spot. There were quite a few people already there and since we were in a big full sized pick-up, we had to park over to the side a bit (or way in the back). I get it, and remembered that was how it was "back in the day" when we would go to the drive-in. We brought a big bluetooth speaker with AM/FM controller, so we were able to tune in and hear it in awesome volume as we sat bundled up in our Christmas blankets in the back of the truck. We brought in food, popcorn, movie candy and drinks, that way we wouldn't have to leave the security of the bed of our truck. It was SO MUCH FUN!! There were portable bathrooms with hand washing stations, concession stand with popcorn and lemonade, plus they kept all cars a good 6 feet apart and encouraged mask wearing when not in our vehicle. However, should you be concerned about others wearing a mask or not, bring your own food (plus it's cheaper) and stay snuggled in your car. That's what drive-ins are for anyway (wink wink) We did have to run to the restroom, but we didn't come in contact with anyone and people kept their distance. People were bringing in food from surrounding restaurants; BJs Brewery, Cheesecake Factory, Olive Garden, etc. We even saw a few people with portable heaters. Everyone seemed to have so much fun! Kids and adults were in pajamas and holiday attire. It was a great way to kick off our holiday season! We were slightly annoyed with the late-comer movie attenders. Who shows up at the drive-in 10-15 minutes before the show starts??? C'mon. The show didn't start until 7:45 because the presenters were kind enough to hold everyone up because these people weren't courteous enough to plan ahead. On the bright side, there were no movie previews, the movie just starts and you're good to go!! Please plan on being early or on time. I heard one of the attendants say that they will be back with another round of movies in January, we will DEFINITELY be back!!! So incredibly fun. $35/carload ($40 total with fees, etc). CHEERS!!!

The last time I'd been to a drive-in movie I was so young that I hardly remember the experience…read more When I heard about the "Starlite Drive-In Movie" events, I was very excited to experience an actual drive-in movie, & couldn't wait to finally enjoy a "mini-outing break from quarantine" from the safety & comfort of our vehicle. This is why I am sad to write this review with such a low rating... With "pop-up" events held in various locations in Orange County, CA (Brea, Irvine, & San Clemente), "Starlite" currently features family-friendly Halloween movies to watch on a big screen from the safety & comfort of your own vehicle. Although they're not currently showing recently released movies, I was excited to see one of my favorite dark romantic animated films "Corpse Bride," just in time for Halloween. It's a really cool concept to go & enjoy a drive-in movie --- especially for those who are unable to visit a traditional indoor theater due to the COVID-19 pandemic, & it was advertised that social distancing & face-coverings (if you are outside your vehicle) are "enforced" (non-compliance will result in you being asked to leave)...or so they advertised..... Although "Starlite" boldly advertised (& even emailed you reminders) that if you leave your vehicle for concessions, restroom trips, etc., you must remain physically distant & wear a face covering (or be asked to leave), our experience on October 25, 2020, proved that this was not the case. We visited the concession stand, but this was where we went wrong. As we were in line, a person was coughing with no face covering, (mouth WIDE OPEN towards us), unconcerned, & not even making an effort to shield their wide-mouthed coughing. Immediately leaving the line, & on the way back to our vehicle, we noticed several others walking around with no face coverings, & it became apparent that "Starlite's" advertised rule was obviously not being enforced. For personal reasons, we have been extremely diligent guarding our health during this pandemic (face coverings, extreme cleanliness, no travel, little-to-no outings, no indoor nor outdoor dining at restaurants, limited take-out, etc.). Aside from essential work, essential trips outside the home, & limited take-out & shopping, this drive-in movie event was only our second "outing" since March 2020. Had we known that the advertised rules imposed by "Starlite" would not be enforced, we would not have attended this event. It was disappointing & concerning, to say the least. Although it was a cool concept (in theory), & a clean, pretty well-organized & peaceful family-friendly event, I would not attend this event again. Regardless of one's viewpoints/opinions regarding face-coverings & social-distancing, it would be helpful if "Starlite" would be more forthcoming & transparent about the fact that their advertised rules are not enforced. That way, all attendees can make more informed decisions regarding whether or not to attend the event depending on an individual's own personal comfort levels. Dubbed "LA's premier outdoor movie, food truck, and live music event series", this summer-long traveling entertainment circus (since 2012) made its way across various iconic venues throughout Los Angeles with its unmistakeable 3 1/2-story tall inflatable high-definition screen deemed the "biggest of its kind on the West Coast". A self-contained event, you were allowed to bring your own chairs, food, etc.. Extremely pet-friendly with water bowls and treats placed throughout the venue, they tied themselves to the non-profit organization Best Friends Animal Society Los Angeles and No Kill Los Angeles (NKLA) to help with pet adoption. Would this nostalgic return and revamped idea of the drive-in movie pull at my sentimental strings to return for more!?: General Admission Ticket/Seat ($14.00 + fees) - Purchased online (priced higher at the door the day of the event), this was open seating, so first come-first served. Armed with a low chair (ABSOLUTELY NO TALL CHAIRS), blanket, cushion, and pillow to sit on just in case, I happily claimed a spot center screen slightly away from the crowd on the concrete road https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=Lxb9OOL4HaDWK3rIBs1Uaw&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw. Tickets also gained access to food trucks and live pre-movie music performance. Below were other ticketing options (things brought were the same): 1. Fashionably Late Tickets ($21.00 + fees - online purchase only) offered a limited quantity of guaranteed open seating tickets in a reserved area at the front of the house that allowed you to arrive at any time (hopefully before the movie started!). 2. Kids 6-12 Tickets (approx. $8.00 + fees) offered the same as "General Admission" 3. Kids 5 & Under Tickets (FREE + fees) offered the same as "Kids 6-12 Tickets". 4. Groups of 10 or more had group rates available. Live Music - Lone Kodiak with its "campfire rock" offered an intimate hush to their music that initially reminded me Of Monsters And Men with occasional hints of aggressive jabs. I wasn't a fan of the pre-recorded and sampled parts which seemed to be the norm these days for many live performances, but I always appreciated live music regardless. Food Trucks - Listed were the assortment of food trucks present: Belly Bombz, Jogasaki Burrito, Postcards CAS (see separate review of my purchase), Pudding Truck, and Vchos Truck/Pupusas. All accepted credit cards. Vendors - From Air New Zealand, JackFM, Subaru, to Showtime (who gave away chairs!) were among some who supported and had giveaways. Service - The online purchase was a breeze. There could've been more pedestrian and street directional signage to the main entrance on Marengo Ave.. Marked signs once inside led you where to set up camp. Both audio and visual systems were surprisingly clean and clear. There were the customary long food truck lines akin to L.A. traffic without the bad drivers. I didn't happen to notice any ATM machines for those who needed cash. Generally-speaking, everything was fine and ran smoothly enough once. Parking (Varied - FREE this instance) - With the venue's proximity to the Memorial Park Gold Line Station, I went Metro from my hipsterhood ($3.50 roundtrip). Otherwise, there were plenty of metered and timed street parking around the area (valid until 6pm), and numerous parking structures. Another option would be to hire a driving service like a taxi, Lyft, or Uber. Atmosphere, décor, ambience - A large mostly concrete venue (closed sidewalks and streets) with small sections of grassy areas (a few trees shielded you from the sun) towards the outskirts, it was everyone for themselves as the gates opened and throngs of guests flooded in! Attire - Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. Overall, Eat See Hear at Centennial Square in front of Pasadena City Hall was one of my favorite locations of theirs because of the easy access and beautiful backdrop. This concept was popular enough for others to imitate. The onsite staff were also very charming and helpful. I found complete value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $16.00; no tip required). I was reluctant at first since the majority of the venue is concrete/pavement. However, my wife and I got there really early and got a really nice, shaded grassy spot. We relaxed, ate, drank and chilled until the movie started. Come early if you want to lay on a grassy area. If not, depending on the time of year it might be too sunny to come early.

I chose this company because of what they had to offer. Their package deals are excellent for everything that you get. The biggest plus are the beanbag loungers that they offer. NO other outdoor movie business offers these and these were one of the ultimate deciding factors in my decision to take a chance on them. Annnddd they were an absolute hit! The screen, projector quality, and sound were all excellent. Set up and take down went flawlessly and everything was so clean. Customer service personable yet professional.
