Bought a car from them. Never realizing that the title never arrived. Now selling but no title. Called the dealer and they can't find anything about the sale. But found the registration and then they see it. Can't explain why it was not there before. Going to report them to the state DMV read more

MARIO LUTHER-CALL ME ASAP!! I signed the paperwork and then after maybe driving it a total of 4 times, discovered that the car has bad brakes, jerks, oil leak/upper pan sealant/o ring issues/ engine issues and has been sitting between 2 car lots for going on 3 weeks. No car, paid for ins, paying people for rides, having to take the bus and they wont pay the bank off or send me what I put down and wont return emails, calls or texts other than to argue. SEND THE CHECKS! Look at the posts on my facebook page for more detailed info. I have been talked to condescendingly, lied to, given the runaround, accused, ignored, screamed at, discriminated against, treated terribly awful from this business for going on 4 weeks now and still no resolution. I finally filed a complaint against them on the PA Attorney General website today. read more

On July 2, 2022 my daughter bought her first car at Freedom Ford in Ebensburg. On July 20,2022 that car broke down. The next day they called to tell me that it needed a new motor. Fortunately it had an extended warranty and also a dealer warranty for 60 days. Fast forward to today. They called to tell me the extended warranty will not cover the new motor until they tear it apart and prove we did not do anything to it and they want my permission to say I agree to pay for it if the warranty does not. They are refusing to honor the dealer 60 day warranty after selling us a car that only made it on the road for 18 days. Moral of the story... I am not done and I will fight. Anyone know a good lawyer? read more

I was upset by the sales experience enough to make an account and leave a review. Customer service was okay until I arrived and tried to set up financing after driving an hour and a half. Financing refused to tell me the apr, credit score, or what bank the loan would be going through until money was put down, saying the loan would'nt even be processed for several days and yet still wanting the money first. Extremely high pressure sales tactics, extremely poor customer service, and this was coming in and trying to buy the truck before ever seeing it. I'd hate to see how they act if I tried to buy a new car. I have never dealt with a more shady dealer or a worse finance manager. I'll be keeping my business with Cochran. read more

I will never buy here again. I ordered a Bronco in Nov 2021. At that time Manager, Mike Giffin showed me and my husband the sticker price and verbally said this was the price. He never said anything about marking the price up over the sticker price. When the Bronco came in Carissa Luther, owner's daughter, said they were marking up the sticker price by $3000. Then two days later told me they were marking it up again to $5000 over sticker. This is bad business and dishonest. Always get prices in writing ahead of time! Never trust this dealership. read more

My fiance and I have been searching for a new vehicle for myself and decided to go to Freedom Ford in Ebensburg. I couldn't be happier with that choice. Not only were they so helpful and got me into exactly what I wanted and needed but my fiance also walked off the lot with a brand 2022. The staff was so helpful, personable, kind, patient and really knowledgeable. I've always dreaded the car buying process but they made it exciting and easy. Thank you Freedom Ford!!! read more

I am not happy with the way I was bate & switched when I bought my Jeep there. Then sold a warranty hat was way more than quoted. I Have to take my Jeep there for ALL oil changes. If not They say I would void their warranty on the "power train". Which they probably won't honor if heaven forbid I would have to use. About a year ago I had to have all my fluids changed in transmission and motor per their warranty. That cost me over 400. dollars. Even the motor oil which I just had changed there had to be changed AGAIN. Now time to get it changed again and of corse I must go there. read more

I sent an online inquiry about 2 F-150's showing on the dealer's website. I did not provide a valid phone number as I prefer to be contacted by email at this point. I was told their showroom was closed, so I decided to search out of state. A later email stated they could deliver the vehicles to me anytime??? I received an email from Carissa, the General Manager asking me if I worked at Laurel since there is someone there with the same name and I did not provide a phone number. I considered that to be extremely unprofessional and somewhat confrontational. Instead of trying to earn my business, she came at me. I will never do business there. I am a pipefitter and so many of my friends drive Fords also. I'm actually in a state of shock that my inquiry took that turn. read more

For those of you thinking about buy a vehicle. Whether it be new or used..dont go to Freedom Ford in Ebensburg..They do not stand behind what they sell. I bought a van from them in May 2021.It had 38,000 miles on it.The check engine light came on and I took it to them they said it needed a coil and spark plug. Got that fixed and 2 days later the check engine light came back on. Took it to a different company and they said it was a possible cylinder head. Take it back where you bought it from. Took it back to freedom ford they said it was going to be covered by the warranty. Now I'm being told that it is not covered by the warranty because the 1 oil change that was done on it was done by my son.. We were given a POWER LIFE warranty when we bought the van. They give you the warranty because they know that it is garbage. Randy the garage manager at Freedon Ford said power life always gives them issues with claims. I asked him why they use that company all he could say was I don't know.So buyer beware. Stay away from Freedom Ford the badtards are crooks. And never get a POWER LIFE WARRENTY even if they give it too you as it is worthless.By the way Freedom Ford is also known as Luther Ford. read more

After emailing, calling, AND setting an appointment to test drive a specific car, they raised the price $1,000. One sales person told me (called to cancel the appointment) the car would not be available till 7/18/20 because it was in the body shop and another sales person emailed me on 7/16/2020 and told me the car was back from the body shop - asked when I wanted to take a test drive. The original sales person told me I was locked in to the lower price (when I made the appointment), however the sales manager, Tim, told me he didn't want me to waste my time driving there because they would only take the higher price. Don't waste your time! They are crooks, liars, and use deceptive sales tactics!! read more

Scheduled a routine oil change. Over an hour later and it still isn't finished. I have seen people come in after me get finished before me. Do they expect me to believe an oil change should take this long? I guess this is what happens when the dealer gives you any sort of "free" maintenance. read more

They talked me into buying a warranty for my rust on my truck and then when I called they said the warranty was no good so then they say they're going to refund me the money I have never received a penny don't waste your time going there they will screw you over like they did us read more

Wish I could give no stars. Customer service is horrible. We actually bought a vehicle there but will never do so again. It was a used vehicle with a warranty and upon taking it for a test drive noticed the brake warning light was lit. Long story short they were to fix it but later refused to. Thanks for being a special kind of crooks! read more
