For starters, the 2 of them spent the entire first hour in my kitchen, which is incredibly small. As a result, it felt like they rushed through the rest of my apartment. When they left I looked, and at a glance it looks like they did great work. However it soon became apparent that they didn't move the furniture when cleaning the floors, dusted around things, and really just kind of half-assed it. It was nice to have someone else do the cleaning, but I thought I was getting a my place professionally cleaned. I'm not thrilled to have paid for a job that I could have easily done myself.

It is so sad that these people are out there giving green businesses a bad name. No chemicals at all would have been needed to just lift that light, little cover.

When they finally came out to look at the issues it was discovered my attic was filled with mold from the active leaks from their poor roof job. I had several engineers, roofing companies, insulation companies, as well as mold remediation companies state it was caused by the roof. The ridge vent was illegally done, stretched shingles etc and was not done up to code. They stated they would be back to remediate the mold months ago and have never showed back to take care of it. On the contract it stated if a subcontractor was used to install the roof they would be noted on the contract. They subcontracted this roof and did not have it noted on the contract. This is breach of contract... they also did a roof for a friend of mine and subcontracted it out and did not mention it in contract. Another breach of contract.... This roof also has several issues that need to be addressed from poor workmanship. It is a shame it has come to this but I have given you chance after chance to make things right. I have documentation for everything to prove their poor work as well as breach of contract. This should have been claimed in your insurance policy for repairs. Make "On Call" your last call is what their slogan should be. Spend your money with someone that stands behind their work. Not these guys; sorry John, you had your chance. This is not the end. This is the beginning.

On call came out, cleaned and dried out the basement, as well as cleared the drain pipe. They noticed there was a dip in the main sewer line and self performed the replacement from lead to PVC. After the plumbing and remediation was complete John came out and helped layout and design the finished basement. It's space we never imagined previously. With all that said, he worked with us and the insurance company to make the repairs, and was absolutely fair in pricing the additional work to upgrade our living space. I would absolutely recommend these guys for any projects as they can tackle the big and the small

I was told on a Friday that they will contact me as to when someone would come out to start the work. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, numerous calls made to them with no reply. It has now been three weeks trying to deal with them for a job that would take one day to complete. Yesterday I called another company that came out tonight and gave a price of 1,000 less. The work is scheduled to be done and completed this week. I would not recommend this company at all and shame on Nationwide for doing so.

So I contacted Ms. No Spots for Move In deep cleaning service. Tieneshia responded to my request quickly. The day of service, Tieneshia texted me to let me know when she would arrive. Once she entered my home, she and her sister cleaned my entire house from top to bottom (inside and outside cabinets, fridge, stove, oven, mopped floors, etc.). The entire cleaning process took about three hours. I'm so impressed with all they accomplished. I can't imagine having to clean my entire house by myself while unpacking, doing laundry, and so on.
