He came to our apartment the night before the big move to wrap as much furniture as he could and it was a HUGE help. He worked fast and wrapped almost everything! When he and his team came over the next day, they loaded everything in an assembly line fashion, one guy taking stuff to the hallway, another putting it on the elevator, and a third guy taking it off the elevator, then they all loaded the truck. It took much less time than other movers and was so efficient. He charged us a flat rate and it was so much less than other movers I have used before, even for far less furniture/boxes to be moved. Mother had to pay a $500.00 up front insurance fee to ensure that any scratches, dinks, or dents would paid for. I am happy to report that she received her insurance deposit back, in full! I have already hired them for another upcoming job. I will always call October Ocean, LLC, first for any moving requirements I may have. They are the prototype of what a Moving Company should be!
