I think of the experience I had using Tervis. I have lots of Tervis Tumblers. I purchased them at Bed Bath and Beyond, The NHL Store, and online. My daughter gives them to me in all shapes and sizes. I like the drinking glasses with lids. I have three different sizes. At one time they had an office in NYC and I did a review. They have over 300 employees. They were founded in 1946 which is impressive and historic to me. When I had a Tervis Tumbler that leaked I had a live chat with a customer service representative. Before I knew two new lids were mailed to me. They keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. You can get them with your favorite teams logo. There's something for every age and in many sizes too. Tervis Tumbler has engaged in campaigns to help reduce the use of disposable plastics. We stop in every day just to "get some steps in" but hardly ever buy anything because EVERYTHING is ridiculously high priced. I don't understand what they are trying to accomplish. They seem to be very uptight, controlling people running that place as well, with signs warning you about using your cellphone while in the store. LOL. Really? That is not a good way to treat customers in my opinion. There is very little there to shop for anyway. It is some bold stuff to be asking the prices they do for this merchandise. $9.99 for a coffee mug? Really? Much of the stuff has prices that are higher than new! What a shame.

I learned it is store credit only within 14 days. I live across the country. My mother did not want the credit from this store. This is their rationale: 1. "It's on the receipt." So, you buy something, they give you a receipt after the fact, and, if you happen to read it after the purchase is done, you learn their return policy. 2. "If you asked, we would have told you." How this could be the shopper's burden is puzzling. 3. "We are a mom and pop store." They own 3 shops on expensive Saint Armand's Circle, so that is also an odd statement. If you want a store with a real return policy, please beware.
