When the local unit showed up they upped that to $225 because the national dispatch didn't include the living room or walkways. We ate the money because we needed to get out of there even though we had several quotes below that price. I called the national dispatch back who could not get a hold of the local owners. On top of that their process doesn't remove stains. Its as about effective as a rental from Albertson's.

Why were they late? They used their GPS which I specifically told Savana they could NOT use due to address not matching up with actual location. I took about 45 minutes to email her specific directions because people get lost and I expected it. With clear directions, they'd have clear sailing. Did anyone print them out so Henry, the driver, would have them? Nope. So they finally show up. I'd been cleaning the mobile home for 2 weeks straight, was almost done but still needed a good 5 to 6 hours of work. They used my vacuum, still don't know if they had their own, plugged it up, returned it put together wrong with a big plug in it. Result? Carpet still filthy. Streaks on the windows. Didn't do items I specifically pointed out to this Henry. Didn't clean fan til I pointed it out (this was after they called and said they were about done). I took the light down and said wash it in soap and water. Did they put it back? Nope. Left on the dirty carpet. Didn't use my wood soap or my wood oil cleaner like I'd specifically shown and told them. Every time I tried to show this Henry what, exactly, needed to be done he'd walk off and not pay attention. I think when I left the last time, they just smoke cigarettes and then left. Used my rags. Didn't take all the garbage. Left my bucket full of dirty water, couldn't even clean that out! The list of what they did NOT do and, frankly, I don't think either of them can even see dirt let alone clean it up. I'd hate to see their house. BEWARE. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Charged me $160 for what was probably worth about $40 and I'm going to have to go in there now and do more cleaning. It's why I hired them. "Professionals" they are not. "Professional" only means they get paid for the work, doesn't mean they do even a half way decent job. I left a message for Caras Property Maintenance to NOT refer this "cleaning" business again. I need to rent this mobile as a really clean home. It's not. I am so upset, stressed out about it, and missed by mere hours being able to put a stop pay on my check. Again, beware of this company. They said they also clean carpets. Yeah, if it's anything like how they do the janitorial work, I'm certainly not going to call for that. They didn't even have a decent broom. I know they didn't clean the wood as I had instructed as most all of MY product was still in the bottle. Didn't clean the bathroom sink, left the kitchen sink a mess, didn't clean around the kitchen sink. Don't have the intelligence to look, to see, to actually remove dirt. Worst experience with cleaners I've ever had. Can't say enough negative things about them. They should be out of business, find something else to do tho I doubt either of them have any job skills to do anything even half way adequately let alone to do a good job. I want my money back.
