Terrible. I called in to apparently a national dispatch and told them that I had a three bedroom…read morehouse that needed carpet cleaning. They told me about the current deal and quoted me at $125. When the local unit showed up they upped that to $225 because the national dispatch didn't include the living room or walkways. We ate the money because we needed to get out of there even though we had several quotes below that price. I called the national dispatch back who could not get a hold of the local owners. On top of that their process doesn't remove stains. Its as about effective as a rental from Albertson's.
