When the local unit showed up they upped that to $225 because the national dispatch didn't include the living room or walkways. We ate the money because we needed to get out of there even though we had several quotes below that price. I called the national dispatch back who could not get a hold of the local owners. On top of that their process doesn't remove stains. Its as about effective as a rental from Albertson's.

I absentmindedly attached a check for $18.50 to the coupon from the Independent. I have never used the online coupons before and it just didn't click that my receipt was my payment, that I didn't have to write a check. My bad. However, the dishonest owner of Elite knew I made an error when she received both a check and a coupon for that tiny studio. Instead of call me and report the error, she deposited my check too, so she essentially double-dipped and ripped me off. An honest business owner would have contacted her client to clarify and return the double payment. I emailed her to request a refund for the extra $18.50. We'll see how she ends up responding. I will update after I hear back. If she does not refund I am going to report her to the better business bureau. Also, when the property management company did their walk through after the carpet cleaning, they instructed me to have the carpets cleaned. Meaning they did not find the work satisfactory. When I went back to look, it's true, the carpet did not look thoroughly cleaned. And the cleaner left foamy suds on my already cleaned kitchen floor. Very unprofessional.
