Lemon Laundry - 5 Star laundromat - Laundry Services Near Me - Missoula, Montana

I've been going here to do my laundry for about a year now. I never had an issue up until about a few months ago, where now I have to stay with my clothes and check them every 10 minutes to make sure the dryer is actually working. More often than not, the dryer is not even hot and barely drying my clothes. The employees always give me a free dry afterwards if I let them know, but then I have to sit and wait an extra hour and when they're about to close that's literally impossible. I wish they would figure this out because this laundromat is very clean and the employees are super nice!! It's just really inconvenient that the dryers don't work half the time read more

What a fantastic laundry. Traveling through the area and Double Tree has no onsite laundry. They pointed me in the direction of Lemon Laundry. Great place, free detergent, free coffee, clean comfortable. Accepts cards right at the machine. read more

This place is pretty good. This was the third place I went to before finally doing my laundry. Machines accepted my credit cards without any problems. I would go here again. read more

I didn't know it was possible for a laundromat to go above and beyond - but this place is exceptionally clean and comfortable with free soap, coffee, and Wi-Fi and attentive staff. It's slightly pricy but the comfort, credit card support, and level of service is well worth the extra couple bucks. read more

I had been using this laundromat when it was Green Hanger. The free soap was nice. Today, I noticed that the prices have soared and also it was dirtier than previously. I had to keep an eye on my dryers because I used my card to put 20 minutes and started it. I turned and walked away and the dryer had stopped and there wasn't any time on it. There was a distinct urine odor also like around homeless people. I may look for another place to do my laundry. read more

I'll say this first, this place is what all laundromats should strive to be! Very nice equipment, super friendly and helpful staff. You can preload a card with cash or credit and earn money just for doing so. Or you can swipe a credit card. Free soap if you forgot, free snacks, extremely clean. Clean bathrooms too. Thank you! Be aware though, the extra amenities come with a price. Washing machines are on the higher end and it is 80cents for 8 minutes on the dryers. I spend $15 on 2 to 3 loads of laundry and for the life of me couldn't get my clothes to dry all the way so I called it quits and hung them to dry the rest of the way. Maybe the lint traps need to be cleaned? read more

I travel quite a bit for work and finding a clean, reliable wash and fold is always at the top of my list. Lemon Laundry is in a great location and has provided great service in the five times I've used them in the month that I was in Missoula. Lumi was always pleasant and greeted me with a smile. The prices are per pound with no minimum, and with the hotel laundry being $4/load (wash & dry) plus detergent, this wash and fold offers great value! read more

Good place to do laundry on a lazy sunday afternoon. Free wi-fi, free soap and free coffee.

What a nice place! Easy parking, plenty of machines, clean places to sit and relax while laundry is finishing, free soap, coffee and cookies. Used a credit card instead of quarters and relaxed while listening to the birds and watching people hike up the M. We will use this place again when we come through Missoula! Thanks! read more

Was extremely busy on a Sunday morning so we had to come back later on. Was then able to grab a machine and do a large wash and dry. They have signs about how to do business during the corona bullshit, but no one bothers. It wasn't cheap and it wasn't expensive. I called to ask about drop off laundry service and they told me they were running, get this, three to four days! I guess it's the NYer in me, that I expect that shit same day at best, otherwise the next morning. read more

What a treasure of a laundromat!!!!! we arrived in Missoula to move our daughter there and found the lemon laundry by accident. The staff was so nice and so professional and the facility was so clean and pretty. Free coffee and homemade cookies and also free laundry detergent for patrons! been on the road for two years in my RV - best laundry services and equipment . Also has a car wash and fly shop in the immediate area.

A little pricier than the laundromat I'm used to in Florida. But the employees are very friendly and even offered to sew my loose buttons nice and tight for free! Very clean, very neat, chairs and TV and snacks and drinks and muffins for you. I'd like to go back! read more

I was traveling and desperately needed to do laundry. Green Hanger was clean and had a great variety of small and large machines.

Lemon Laundry - Great place. VERY clean. No change needed. Works on - Laundry Services Near Me - Missoula, Montana

I have been using this laundromat for a while now. It's pretty scary in the evening. I have seen a number of homeless people there around closing time and now with the time change running into them in the dark parking lot isn't desirable. One of the clerks told me the owner allows the homeless to come inside to get out of the cold, which is nice, but makes me uncomfortable. I will try the other location. Hopefully the homeless won't be hanging out there. I have also noticed an uptick in turnover. Not sure why, but usually it's due to poor management. I sure hope this laundromat doesn't go downhill. There are comparable laundromats I can choose from but the hours don't work with my schedule. Fingers crossed I guess. Time will tell. read more

Lots of machines, free laundry detergent available, free wifi, nice and helpful employee. Great operation!

This place was awesome! I'm one of those people that really appreciates a laundrymat with food, drink, a couple of movies, magazines etc cause if you're anything like me, you put off doing laundry for awhile and when you finally get around to it, you're there forever! My clothes have NEVER been cleaner! I have this white shirt that I thought was just stained until taking it here! It's white again! The Money Card is really nice too, especially since you can put UMoney on it. This company has my business!! read more
